  Went to watch the super Mario galaxy movie around 10am and had the whole area to myself lol. Screen x was amazing a new way and the future for the cinema universe. The movie won't always be on the Screen x only in some parts of the movie but it's worth it.

  Bathrooms were clean. Floors were clean. Based on when we arrived, the concession line was too long. The seating was comfortable. Then over all it was a decent experience. Since streaming has become so popular, the experience of going to the movies must offer more. We would go back there again, just more prepared next time

  This is like the one of the only other theaters to go to, and I've been a little disappointed with the some of the ways things are ran here. Everytime I walk in to the lobby it's stuffy and hot and I'll even start to sweat from how uncomfortable I am. It does not help that to get in line they make you wait through all these drink refrigerators and hot box stations that generate heat and for whatever reason despite having things hot and ready to go at the concession counters they still generate long lines for whatever reason and it's just simple transactions. I'm also extremely disappointed that I cannot ask for a refill because as soon as I go out to go get them there is a long line and no one running even a counter space for those said refills. If I have to stand in line at the same time as people arrive for their movie time and it gets extremely packed! I'd miss out on my movie and the $50 plus tax it cost for a movie date for two people goes to waste.

  Your employees are in a bad mood. I Never go to the movies but took my kiddos, went to the snack stand and asked for nachos only to be told in a very condensending tone, "There isnt any over there or what?" Prices are high enough. Actually pay your employees so they wont feel the need to lash out. Having snacks like nachos and hotdogs midline is weird so dont feel grumpy when you need to clarify. Wont be back for a long long time.

  Yesterday (03/28/2026), I attended a showing of Reminders of Him with my 25-year-old daughter, who has cerebral palsy. During the movie, she began laughing uncontrollably, and out of consideration for others, I chose to step out with her and sit near the door. If you have a child with this disability you know its not easy and how they can't control themselves. . Later on the theater manager approached me kindly and assured me that we were welcome to stay inside, but I explained that I didn’t want to disturb other guests. A little while later, he came back and generously offered me complimentary tickets so I could return and enjoy the movie. I was truly moved by his kindness, professionalism, and understanding. It meant so much to feel seen and supported in that moment. Experiences like this remind me that there are still compassionate, thoughtful people out there. Thank you for going above and beyond—I’m very grateful.
