Noah was very professional, sweet, kind and patient. He was the only one working in the party event area so it was very difficult for him. He was also looking after the food we ordered and trying to keep everything clean. He should have had help in the area. But he did an excellent job under the circumstances. When you walk in there is no sign to tell the party goers that they don't have to wait in line. So many of our guest were late because they waited in the general admission line, which was very long and only had one individual working. I finally had to send them text messages to tell them to come to the party event check in.

Everything is charged separately and staff doesn’t know anything. Even charged for kid who is 1 year old and wasn’t allowed to go any place except for small kids area. Initially was told that the pass includes everything for kids above 3 years old later we figure out that the go kart is charged separately for $ 8.00 each round. Amazing thing happened when you pay before going inside and the system ask for TIP 15% and above. Dirty place, dirty blue mats . Never going back and will not recommend to anyone, safe your money and go any other place with less money to spend and better quality fun and rides.

We spent over $500 on a birthday party at Slick City and the experience was chaotic, stressful, and poorly managed from start to finish. No party favors (despite paying for them), pizza arrived late, drinks were delivered at the very end with no time for kids to enjoy them, and staff were actively cleaning around our table during our reserved party time. There was almost no coordination or support once food arrived. To make matters worse, we were forced out exactly at 8:00 PM due to a “glow in the dark” event that was never disclosed during booking or clearly stated online. We were told we’d have to pay extra to stay, after already paying a premium price. When we questioned it, the glow event was barely active. Management promised a refund for missing items, but follow-up was poor and required chasing corporate. This is not acceptable customer service for a paid event of this cost. The kids had fun despite the organization, not because of it. Slick City is fine for drop-in play, but do not book a party here if you expect structure, value, or professionalism.

I was shopping at Katy Mills when my toddler started asking to go somewhere to play. Since Slick City is located inside the mall, I thought it would be the most convenient option. However, when we arrived, the line was extremely long. I understand it was the holiday season, so I waited patiently for about 15–20 minutes, only to find out that 90 minutes of play would cost $30, plus an additional $8 for required socks. We weren’t planning to stay that long, so the price didn’t feel worth it. Plus, I was seriously shocked with the unreasonable prices. While I’m sure the employees were very busy, the overall atmosphere wasn’t very pleasant. The space was extremely crowded and overwhelming, and the toddler area in particular had very limited activities for little kids. We decided to leave and drove to Kanga’s instead, and the experience was completely different. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with great energy and kindness. They were friendly, welcoming, and even offered us a discount for a future visit after hearing about our experience at the mall. Overall, Kanga’s felt much more enjoyable, family-friendly, and worth the visit.

This was our first time visiting and we really enjoyed it. My 12 year old and her friends had a great time on the slides. The lines to get on the slides were not long, and also the lines to buy tickets was not long. We were going to buy the tickets online but they have a convenience fee. You can however do the waiver in advance. The waiver is a bit extreme, I almost cancelled our visit because it includes waiving liability on them for their negligence and it says you will pay all pf THEIR attorney/mediation fees so be sure to read it. I also wish there was more signage on the entrance to let people know you have to come in through the mall. It’s entrance 8 but it looks a bit abandoned. It needs an upgrade. Finally, food & drinks are very expensive here so be sure to watch the prices. We paid $3.40 for a bag of chips & a water bottle is $5…
