Went to do go carts for the kids an kids jumped in front of mine and when I told the light skin girl there with the long-hair about it she said she didn't see it an wasn't paying attention and it's not her job to do so and told me she can get fired and management doesn't want them to make sure people are in line properly that that is a civil matter and we should take it up with each other instead of the staff that works there and I said whaaat that makes no sense and is very unprofessional

Very disappointed. My son has been waiting almost a year to turn 6 to be old enough for the go karts, so we came here on his birthday. Originally a guy said the man who does the cars was doing inventory (twice). Later a woman that works here said they don’t run on the weekdays. Nothing on their website suggests that’s true. If they don’t run the cars all the time they should specify. A 6th birthday was ruined. He was devastated.

***WARNING**** THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY UNSAFE FOR CHILDREN 10 AND UNDER!!! READ THE LOWER RATED REVIEWS. THEY ARE ALL THE TRUTH.
My friend was overly excited to visit this slide park. She has a non verbal, autistic child who absolutely loves slides, so this place really seemed like a no brainer. SHE'S ANGRY SHE DIDN'T READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.
$25 for a 4yr old. The staff is very, very young, unprofessional, horribly trained ( if trained at all) and this place is COMPLETELY DANGEROUS!!
THE WAIVER YOU SIGN COVERS slick city IN THE EVENT YOUR CHILD DIES OR IS INJURED!!!
They Micromanage socks.... you can't bring your own non-slip socks. You have to pay for the ones with their logo, which is not part of the $25 per child fee.
Staff blowing whistles at parents about the stupidest things, but let a 4yr old autistic child climb to the top of the highest slide before the parent could react. ( he's autistic... if you know you know), then allowed that child to come down the slide with no pad (which they scream is required for that slide) and without socks ( which they bitched about the entire time),then allowed him to sit up on a slide meant to be riden on his stomach. Meanwhile, this child's mother is in a panic trying to run along side this slide in the event her child flew over the sides. COMPLETE MADNESS AND A NEAR DISASTER. Had he fallen from the side, he wouldn't made it. He was still hurt badly when he was propelled from the slide with mad force.. in a position that wasn't SUPPOSED TO BE ALLOWED.
YOUNGER CHILDREN CAN AND WILL GET HURT HERE. THE LACK OF ATTENTION FROM THE STAFF GUARANTEES IT.
BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY, PLEASE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN GO TO THE REVIEWS AND READ ABOUT THE STRESS AND UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCES OF OTHER PARENTS ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! OUR CHILDREN DESERVE BETTER.
After that last slide situation and with a massive headache and being majorly stressed, my friend grabbed her son and literally RAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
You couldn't pay us to go back. What a horrible, horrible experience.

When we first arrived sadly their iPads/ tablets weren’t working so I had to do everything on the phone which was hard since phones are smaller.
We waited in line probably 5-10mins couldn’t really tell since had a lot of kids.
The people up front were nice and even instructed us how to slide down which was very helpful!
Sadly when you are going down the slide you can’t do what they said since your body does react my siblings and kids did get slide burn please wear long sleeves and long pants! To prevent burning.
I put a minus star because I had only 1 min left to go down last slide and the teen told me no mind you I had only 1 min and had gone up the stairs with all kids I didn’t even know what time i had to leave since they didn’t tell me all they did was put my wristband on I didn’t have a time on me. So that sucked. Other than that it is alot of fun! Bring your own water they do not offer water! And also the place was extremely hot! I guess cause it was chilly outside they didn’t turn up the A/C inside the building everyone we went by was sweating a lot.
One for the experience but don’t see myself coming back.

I booked an after hours party for 10 here. We were supposed to get the party room. The party was absolutely NASTY. The floors were wet. The walls were terrible, water spot marks all in the ceiling, and there was an awful smell. I had to asked to be moved to a table. After we relocated to a table, that area too was dirty. There were no real adults on staff for me to speak to. My party host really tried his best but it’s clear that this place is ran by children. A 15 min check in took almost a hour. They kept running to get shirts and socks as if I didn’t turn in a RSVP list days before. The staff was just all over the place because they are indeed children themselves. I originally paid a deposit that was a little over $300. Imagine my surprise when they show up with additional $435 request to close out my party… especially when I didn’t even get the nasty party room. I had an additional 4 children join the party but there’s no way there should’ve been a $435 bill. I was originally planned out to only pay a remaining $232 and the only “add on” I had was the 4 kids. When I asked, of course none of the children on staff could answer to bring clarity and my receipt didn’t even show the $300 deposit that was paid or the fact that we were unable to be seated in that nasty party room due to its condition. I will definitely be calling in the morning with the hope to speak to an actual adult. The place itself was ok. The kids loved the basketball area and the slides. But it needs some cleaning and a competent staff for events. We unfortunately will not return even with the free pass that was given in my sons birthday package.
