We love going to the Cinemark! The kids love riding the escalators up to the movie when we are on the third floor. My only recommendation is if you were going to an early morning show, don't pre-order the popcorn as it's always stale early in the morning.

I had a bad experience at this Cinemark near northeast mall. I went to go see a R-rated movie with a legal guardian who was over the age of 21, and they still denied letting us see the movie because we “both needed IDS” which is not true. The policy CLEARLY states “Must be 17 or be accommodated with a parent or legal guardian” and I was with one. They told me I had to get a refund and couldn’t see the movie, but they let the people behind us go see the SAME movie we were going to see WITHOUT checking their ID. I had to call my other guardian to tell them they wouldn’t let us in, and they gave us THREE different stories of the “rule”. this place needs to hire new workers because the guy in the wheelchair has horrible workplace etiquette and doesn’t even know his jobs rules. This is the third time this has happened to me and it clearly shows this Cinemark at the NorthEast mall has a poor environment.
