- MSMary Smith1 day ago1.0My 18 and 17-year-old sons got tickets to see Running Man and when they arrived at the movie theater, the ticket person, an older man, refused to give them their ticket. He demanded that they show him their ID which they did and he couldn’t even find their date of birth, which they pointed out and he still said wasn’t there even though it’s a Texas ID, not hard to find. He told them they had to go to customer service to pick out another movie and of course they weren’t aware that they could get a refund instead and ended up watching another movie that they did not want to watch and ended up very disappointed because it’s not the movie they wanted to see. Based on other reviews here, my sons are not the only ones that have had this issue with the same person. I understand the policy, but my son’s fell into the policy guidelines and still were refused their tickets. We’re definitely not going back to this theater ever again!
