  We just had my son's birthday party here. The kids had fun but there were a few things that I was not impressed with. They charge you a 10% gratuity fee but none of that goes to the party host, even though it says it does. So, you'll need to add additional money on top of that to tip your party host at the end. The worker for the ropes course was not helpful when my son wanted to do it. She just stood there and didn't guide him on how to put the harness on. So, he eventually just walked away. I later saw a small girl with a harness on, hanging around her knees, incorrectly fitting her. That was very dangerous. Our party host was probably the best part of it all. She was very kind, helpful, and had a pleasant attitude. We will not be returning, as it was definitely NOT worth the price for the party package.

  Check in for a birthday party was a complete nightmare. Staff was very rude. Couldn’t find our host half the time. The only good thing was my daughters had fun. Would not host a party there again.

  Cosmic Air is a great place to have a birthday party. Gio & the entire staff were amazing, attentive, & helpful. Everything went smoothly.
