  This was my first time visiting this movie theater, and initially, I was really impressed with it being a beautiful space. However, my experience took a turn when I went to the women’s restroom. It was extremely dirty and honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The floors and toilets were in bad condition, which was really disappointing. The only area that seemed somewhat maintained was the handwashing station. It was so bad that I actually considered leaving to find a restroom at a nearby store. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because it definitely takes away from the overall experience and the value of the theater. On a positive note, the warm brownies were great, and there’s plenty of free parking. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I’m not sure if I’ll return.

  First and last time COLD popcorn with extra kernel flakes. Drinks were disgusting. Pod furniture taped with black tape. Whatever was up with those drinks we both had upset stomachs after, for the rest of the night, and this morning. Star cinema grill is a muche better value for the money. The drinks are always great and the service, just bring your own blanket. Going to Royal Oaks I had high expectations but idk what's going on at this place. Went to see The Mummy. Was super stoked at the photos only to be disappointed at the quality of the experience. Torn and rigged furniture and idk who's making the drinks but they were disgusting and made us nauseous. Had the Mezcal Sol then tried a margarita. Won't ever be going back.

  I’ve been wanting to see a movie here and we finally decided to go. Absolutely loved the size of the seats that recline, the blankets provided, the service, and the food, but I was disappointed in the table as the top was peeling and both cup holders were broken, so we could not rest our drinks in the holder. I would hope for the prices they charge, that they would fix these little details.

  I usually do not write reviews. In this occasion it is hard not to make a statement. I have been going to IPIC since they opened around 10 years ago. First few years were amazing. Great place, great staff, great service. In the recent years probably the last 2 years this once "a great movie theater" has seen a steady decline in all aspects. First off: Maintenance .... Sofas are torn, worn and seats are a hit or miss in regards to cushion and comfort. Blankets look old. In summary - PLACE IS DATED WITH POOR MAINTENANCE. Second: Service .... Servers inside the theater have declined in their service efficacy. Orders take in occasions a very long time to be brought in and simple requests such as popcorn can take over 20 minutes. Third and probably the worst part - Business/Work Ethics .... Front desk staff as well as "managing" staff is EXTREMELY RUDE, HOSTILE , BAD MANNERED and clearly untrained in what proper customer service should be like. In my last visit me and my family had a very unpleasant experience involving both front desk and their "manager". It seems as per other reviews this kind of behavior and experience is their NEW TREND. Google AI confirms this theater has filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 in March 2026. It only makes more and more sense as per why service and maintenance have seriously deteriorated. It is sad to see a "once amazing" and very successful place crumble down to dust. I truly hope some other holding company takes over and brings it up to par. In the meanwhile I would encourage movie lovers to look for any other place to see movies and have fun.

  My husband and I went to IPIC for a date night on April 3rd at 10 PM to watch Project Hail Mary in Theater #4, and it was a really disappointing experience. There was a constant loud rattling noise throughout the movie, possibly coming from the AC or sound system. It completely ruined what should have been an amazing film. On top of that, the theater was uncomfortably hot the entire time. Definitely not what you expect when paying for a premium movie experience. We ordered a large popcorn and cheesecake—both were a letdown. The popcorn was cold (seriously, what movie theater gets popcorn wrong?), and the cheesecake was bland and not worth it at all. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The seats were dirty, with food smeared on the sides, and there was gum stuck under the table. I’ve included pictures because it was honestly gross. Another thing to note: there’s only one small shared table for two people, so don’t expect your own space. Overall, this was not worth the money, and we won’t be coming back.
