Haven’t been and won’t go to this one I talked to two employees (one was a manager) that answered the phone to inquire about a party and the location nearest me Nasty attitudes, misinformation and glad I didn’t waste my money

My first time, my first day, my daughter insisted me to bring her, of course everyone in pictures looked nice but there everything is different, prices and deals aren't really good, staff made few mistakes overchanging/not charging... there's a slide it's call avalanche (yellow) the edge is dangerous when you get drop on the inflated bed, my daughter it was about to get hurt, in fact another kid got hurt in the elbow, plus maintainance people were working at the same time where kids were playing and running around, no no no, not good. It seems like staff need more training at least to be smiling Staff needs to be more polite, more respectful, nicer, need manners... now what I read in the comments I don't even want to go after hours Urban Air definitely a little bit better!

Scarey place. Very loud. People told to slide face first. How is this okay??? All ages mixed together. Staff supposedly there to supervise play were either absent or seeming bored or angry. Very young children running around everywhere, by themselves. I witnessed older children in "ball court" throwing balls at younger children's HEADS. This place needs to be investigated.

Today I visited Slick City in Tomball and experienced something that truly left a bad taste in my mouth. While I was there, I witnessed staff remove a father who was simply spending quality time with his three children. He wasn’t being disruptive. He wasn’t arguing. He wasn’t causing a scene. From what I could see, he was fully engaged with his kids — laughing with them, helping them, and being present. It was actually refreshing to see a dad actively involved instead of sitting on his phone. Without any visible issue or explanation, staff approached him and escorted him out. There was no clear disturbance, no inappropriate behavior, and no obvious reason for this kind of action. The entire situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. What made it worse was the lack of transparency. No explanation was offered publicly. It honestly appeared as if someone may have complained simply because of how he looked — and that is deeply troubling. If that’s what happened, it speaks volumes about the culture being allowed inside that facility. As a parent and community member, watching a father be removed while doing nothing but enjoying time with his children was upsetting. Places like this are supposed to encourage family bonding, not create environments where parents feel judged or targeted. If there was a legitimate reason, it certainly wasn’t communicated in a way that made sense to those of us observing. From an outsider’s perspective, it felt unfair and discriminatory. I hope management reviews what happened and ensures that families are treated with respect and dignity moving forward. Parents should be able to show up, engage with their children, and feel welcome — not scrutinized or removed without clear cause. Very disappointing experience.
