    This theatre is an experience! Wasn’t a fan of the food but other than that, it was great. The servers were very friendly.

    My family and I watched at movie this afternoon. It was a pleasant experience. The staff bringing food were friendly, efficient and fast. Unfortunately, the whole nice experience was ruined when on our way out after the movie, one of the ticketing staff tried to charge us $25 per hour for parking. after verifying the third time, he then admitted he was just joking and parking was actually free. when I expressed offense to his joke at my expense, he was not apologetic and even continued to joke around. this was the only Male attendant working at the front ticket counter at that time (2/15/2026 at around 5:45pm) surrounded by 5 or 6 female attendants (doing nothing) that joined in the joke and just laughed at me even after I expressed my disappointment at their behavior. I even gave the male attendant an opportunity to apologize. I respectfully request that your management conduct customer experience training immediately. Whether it was their intent or not, I felt your staff (all of them) were discriminating on the poor and suggesting that I could not afford to even pay for parking at your establishment. Not a good experience during these difficult times in our society. Everyone should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of socio-economic status.

    I am writing this after hearing about a close friend’s experience at this theater, and it is honestly disturbing. What should have been a simple Valentine’s movie night turned into a humiliating and deeply upsetting situation. My friend has a medical condition and urgently needed to use the restroom upon arrival. Instead of being treated with basic human understanding, she was initially told to leave the building to find a restroom elsewhere, even though she was already inside and had purchased tickets. The situation escalated unnecessarily. Management failed to de-escalate or even ask what happened before involving security and law enforcement. No one should feel embarrassed, dismissed, or made to feel like a problem for having a medical need. Judging by other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated incident but rather a pattern of poor customer service and lack of compassion. That is concerning. This is not how customers should be treated. Do better.

    I have been coming to this theater for over 10 years, which is why this experience was so upsetting and shocking. After driving about an hour to attend a movie, I came in needing to use the restroom urgently before checking in and explained that to the employee at the front. Instead of being met with understanding, I was told I needed to leave the building to find a restroom elsewhere. Another employee ultimately allowed me to use the restroom. Before going, I did say that the situation felt like “horrible customer service,” because I was simply trying to use the restroom after a long drive. I was then told I could not speak that way and asked to address it with a manager afterward. When I came out of the restroom, the manager was already there. Without asking what had happened or giving me an opportunity to explain, he immediately told me I would not be allowed to stay and said security had been called. I wasn’t given a chance to resolve anything, use my ticket, or continue with what was meant to be a Valentine’s Day outing. Within minutes, multiple police officers and a security guard arrived to escort me out, even though I was calm and cooperative. The sudden escalation was extremely distressing. What began as a simple request turned into an experience that felt humiliating, frightening, and completely unnecessary. As a long-time customer, this was deeply disappointing. A conversation and a little compassion could have resolved this. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled so no one else has to go through something similar.

    I took my 11-year-old daughter and her friend to watch Lilo & Stitch. She was not sitting near any adults and I ordered what I was told was a lemonade for her. She took one sip and immediately said it tasted funny and didn’t like it, so she stopped drinking it. Thank God she did. When the check came, I discovered it was charged as an $18 alcoholic beverage. At no point was it made clear that this was alcohol. You do NOT serve alcohol under the guise of “lemonade,” especially to a child. This is not a small mistake — this is a huge safety issue. Parents should be able to trust that a family-friendly movie theater isn’t putting their kids at risk due to careless or misleading drink service. Completely irresponsible.
