My daughters and I came to see The Hopper and had a great time, but when the movie ended I realized I had lost my truck keys. I was searching everywhere and starting to panic because my daughter had a softball tournament and all of her gear was locked in my truck. That’s when Emily and Sarah completely saved the day. They were incredibly kind, calm, and immediately jumped in to help without hesitation. They treated the situation like it truly mattered and went out of their way to help me look for the keys and make sure we were taken care of. Their friendliness and willingness to help turned what could have been a really stressful night into something positive. Employees like Emily and Sarah are exactly what make a place stand out. Their customer service, attitude, and professionalism were outstanding. Because of them, my family and I will absolutely be coming back to this theater. Thank you again, Emily and Sarah — you two were amazing.

Here in the area for a few weeks and have visited 3 times as a cinemark club member. 2 of the 3 visits the seat I booked was broken (the back goes WAY back). One visit the pre purchased pretzel bites that were not ready, came out cold, and absolutely soaked in butter- they were inedible.. The theater is an overall mess- lacks overall maintenance- and just doesn’t make for a great experience.

We went to see Scream 7 and it was really good. The entire experience not just the movie. All the workers were really friendly and had great attitudes. I joked a little with the person selling the tickets and she had a great sense of humor. The man at the margarita counter was very professional asking me for my ID even though I'm clearly old enough to be his mom but he followed the rules to be sure. And the margarita was really good it was my first time ever seeing that at the movies. But I enjoyed it. The lobby was clean and the offer lots to do and see before the movie. They have a big arcade and it has air hockey. They also have the coming soon to theaters posters so you can see what will be coming out. I recommend this location because they have the margarita machine and pizza hit pizza right there. I loved the reclining chair too.

We made the mistake of ordering our tickets and initially going to the wrong theater. We were told it happens and to try for an exchange in person if we were going to another showing. We had also ordered a bunch of food that would have been gone by the showing we tried to switch for. Thankfully I spoke to Latasha at this location on the phone right after the mix up and then got her again in person. She was so kind and took such good care of us. Not only was the exchange seamless, but she even helped us get the food again at no cost, which we were just going to write off. She even asked my husband if he'd like another Icee, but we knew she'd already gone above and beyond, so respectfully declined. I made sure we got her name because she deserved to be recognized for such excellent customer service! Thank you for saving our Valentine's Day, Latasha!

I am a loyal Regal Rewards (Unlimited) member, and I see most of my movies there, but this was a nice opportunity to visit a Cinemark. Something I haven’t done in years. In fact, my first ever job was at a Cinemark in DFW, and while the aesthetic of this location is slightly different, there were aspects that flooded me with great memories This location feels rather lived-in, but not to the point that it is outdated. There are parts that have obviously been updated/upgraded like their arcade room, their XD Theater, their recliner seats, etc, but it hasn’t lost its “movie theater” nostalgic charm The staff seemed friendly and efficient. They had someone working in the exterior box office, and I haven’t seen that in a while. I’m used to having to purchase my tickets with no human contact using a kiosk. They did have an interesting food pickup setup that felt out of place like someone was picking up food to take home from a movie theater, but it’s actually clever if you can order ahead of time and not have to wait for your food and potentially miss parts of your movie or the trailers There are a couple areas to order food. They have the typical popcorn, soft drinks, ICEEs, candy, etc and other “hot foods” you can order. Some of the options like drink and popcorn come with refill options. They also have a fully stocked bar Everything was clean. There was plenty of parking in their very large lot. The theater itself was almost like a ghost town, but that could be because it was a Monday night The actual attraction, Wuthering Heights was interesting. It was in their big XD theater which was impressive. All the seats were leather recliners, but unlike the Regal seats, they don’t fully recline. Thisleft my legs in an awkward sloped angle and felt slightly uncomfortable. The film itself was an adaptation of the Emily Brontë classic with the same title. The acting was incredible, and the directing, cinematography, and overall art direction was solid. I’m not a huge fan of the overall story, but it’s worth the watch Some tips: Order your food online using the app, and collect point through their loyalty/rewards program while doing so Join their movie club to get one ticket a month, and if you don’t use it it will roll over. Again, I use Regal Unlimited, and I get unlimited movies, but I live near a theater and can make it to the movies more than most. The Cinemark Movie Club will get you 20% off concessions and any fees waived Cheers!!
