I realize the morning screenings arent the biggest draw but under no circumstances stances what so ever should a customer be expected to handle their own ticket printing issues. My review isn't going to be about the film Im seeing. Its about the pathetic lousy customer service that I and several others received today. There should always be an employee available to scan the barcode for your ticket !!! If expecting customers to handle their own ticketing issues for morning screening is the new norm then that's a slap in the face to the customer!!!😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
