  The concession lines can be a bit slow, but the theater itself is very nice. I have been to some nice theaters, but this is the first theater that I have been to that I noticed seat warmers. To be fair, my niece noticed it when she accidently turned it on, but it was a nice and unexpectedtouch. The theater was very clean and the staff were friendly and patient. This is not the closest Cinemark to me, we even drove past two Regal/Edwards Cinemas on the way there, but we will definitely be back again.

  It was the first time we come to thus theater. The price was good we saw Super Mario Galaxy in 3D. My boys loved it and loved the movies. They had a variety of snacks and food and even had an arcade. I honestly love the seats with heater

  Bad experience. It’s a Saturday at 4:00. They’re out of premium food and there is one poor young lady working the bar counter. She’s reading recipes from a book. It truly amazes me that this gold mine is being so poorly run that thousands are being missed out on revenue. Staff accordingly. TRAIN your staff. Make sure that food stock matches the demand for the day of the week. It’s so easy to do better. That said, the seats are nice.

  Staff: 5/5 Parking: 5/5 Concessions: 3/5. Everything is good except concessions. In general the location feels understaffed. Every time I go there's a 10-15 min wait for concessions. Don't get popcorn from the cafe area -- the one we got was stale, not warm, and lacked flavor. $7 for concessions after the a 20% off membership and $3 off coupon 😅. Happy to support the theater but the popcorn has to be good! In general the Cinemark in Memorial City is a better experience (once you find parking).

  To the Cinemark Corporate Office in Plano, Texas, This location has amazing Employees and amazing Assistant Managers. However, the location is now run by an incompetent and flat out mean General Manager, Tina Lowery-Shanklin. She treats her Theater Manager and Senior Assistant Managers very well, but she treats her super hard working Assistant Managers and Employees very poorly. These are the people that the everyday guests interact with every single day, but they get disciplined for the most abstract and random things. I’m writing this to hopefully have the Cinemark Corporate HR team visit the location and conduct a full and thorough investigation of the management team at least. I love movies but after seeing this type of work environment, I now see why the movie industry will ultimately die over my lifetime unfortunately.
