Also, there are no signs that restrooms are working only on one side of the entire building. However scarce the staff out on the lobby area, ushers kept walking by to deliver food but no one told my neighbor to put their phone down/away. The screen was on full brightness too. Plus, he and his grown daughter kept having a conversation and eating loudly throughout entire movie. 🤡🤦♂️

- STSara TrevinoDec 28, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been coming to this theater for years and I’ve never experienced what I did yesterday, December 27, 2025. We went to see David and while we sat there for an hour for the movie to start they come in and tell us that all David showings have been canceled and that we need to go out to the box office to get rain check passes. There was no apologizing for the inconvenience or anything. Not even the option to get your money back because what if I don’t wanna pay them to see another movie there after that? And then I tried to call today to see if it’s working now and they don’t even have an operational phone number. Very disappointed. Not to mention, they disappointed lots of children who were eager to see that movie.

Comfort seating upgrade. I have seen other films in the other cinema but the ice cream Dotz sometimes doesn't cut it.
