First off employees are all hanging out chatting, and took several moments get their attention and help. Once we did they were very nice, if not confusing. Long story short they convinced us that buying the kids snack pack and a couple Refillable drinks and Refillable popcorn was the most budget friendly option. They explained how the combo menu is a ripoff cost the same if not more than buying the items individually. Now the kids snackpack thing comes with an xs drink, xs popcorn (candy). Upon seeing these you immediately knkw they are going to last 10 mins, but thats ok, we purchased the REFILLABLE popcorn and drinks also. Now the confusion. Candy is included she said, we asked multiple times and the candy was INCLUDED and is not an added expense. Yes it and extra expense and a massive one at that. Their concession stand prices are the highest I have ever seen and a $1.99 candy was $10 bucks! Movie starts at 930pm, sure 30 mins into the movie and I need tk refill the drink. I go to refill the drinks and the lobby is blocked off!! I explain that i need to refill our drink. Lobby is closed and I cant! We are 30 mins into a 3 hour movie, I purchased these Refillable drinks and popcorn after rhey explained it was the best option, not telling us that 30 mins after the movies start i would not be able to refill anyone's drinks or popcorn! Paid extra for a service they knew we would not be able to use becauae even though the movie ends at midnight the lobby closed at 10. Ridiculous! I think they should mentioned that when convincing us to uncharted to the xl items for the FREE REFILLS! The drinks and popcorn cost more than the actual movie tickets. The chairs are comfortable as long as you are nkt sitting there for an extended amount of times. They do not recline all the way. Its just enough to drive you nuts.
