  Where did all the employees go? No one at tickets sales. No one at ticket taking. We had no one to ask what auditorium to go into and we sit down in the wrong room attempting to find the seat numbers listed on our tickets. After a while, I got up and searched the theater out on my own and found the correct auditorium because there were few to no employees to ask. This is an unfortunate trend in the world of modern business, where businesses reduce cost by eliminating employees, but, in effects, reduce the service they are willing to provide. For my money, I choose service.

  Why do they charge extra for purchasing tickets online when one of the previews is a commercial that says they'll take off that charge if you join their silly little club? Every ticket purchased online is one that isn't purchased in person from one of their employees, meaning they can cut back on staff and save money.
