Bathrooms were absolutely DISGUSTING my husband said the mens room was covered in poop all over the toilet seats and wall in a few of the stalls. Icing on the cake for me was upon exiting our movie my husband had to use the restroom and was in there for a while after a late showing. I sat in the arcade to wait for him and a staff member yelled from behind the concession counter and said "lady go home" when I turned to see who'd said it they disappeared. Do you know they called the police as if i was squatting or some crap. Absolutely unacceptable, disrespectful, and degrading. Go to a different location if youre wanting to see a cinemark movie. I highly recommend Cedar Hill or Mansfeild locations. Much cleaner, kind staff, and alot more comfortable.
