    I WENT TO THIS THEATER EARLIER AND WAS DISAPPOINTED . THE BAR OR AREA THAT SOLD ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WAS VERY SMALL AND THE SERVICE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. I WAS ASKED TO PROVIDE AN ID (WHICH I DID NOT HAVE ON ME). I WOULD SUGGEST THAT PERSONS THAT APPEAR OLDER THAN FORTY YEARS OLD NOT BE ASKED TO SHOW AN ID. IT SEEMS ABSURD THAT A PERSON THAT IS THEIR 60'S OR OLDER BE ASKED FOR AN ID. ALSO THE THE MOVIE I WENT TO SEE WAS ADVERTISED TO START AT 1:55 PM AND THERE WERE MANY COMMERCIALS SINCE 1:40 PM. THE MOVIE FINALLY STARTED AT ALMOST 2:15 PM. HOPEFULLY, THIS THEATER CAN REVIEW THEIR POLICIES AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS THAT IMPROVE A MOVIE GOERS' EXPERIENCE.

    Cinamark was clean inside and out. The inside felt cozy and defenilty movie environment. The seats were very comfortable. The screen was really big which made the movie enjoyable. Nothing was blocking my view and the seeing was great. Sure wish they had more FOOD OPTIONS other than that it was great experience.

    First of all horrible customer service. Ticket lady was incredibly rude. Her and the manger proceeded to laugh in my face while getting a refund.

    The staff is amazing the seats are kept up with and the theaters are clean. My vist today I met two amazing workers the person working the tickets check in was kind and people. I’m not sure if the employees are comfortable with me disclosing their names but I spoke with one employee on the phone he was super nice, when I came in the kiosk was down but the employees were super patient with me trying to figure out how to pick up tickets with them and following that we met the ticket check in person and she was super kind will be visiting more.
