Hhmmm.....ok.....no biggie, everyone needs a vacation. I call back about a month later to inquire about a geriatric massage to see what all it entails exactly before I book it for a lady I help take care of. I felt like the lady wasn't sure what I was talking about as she asked me what is geriatric? After I explained, she said, the lady who did it wasn't there and to call back later. I try to understand that staffing a lot of places is an issue but when I called back later, she answers, says the lady is busy right now and can I call back as she herself is working. That did it for me. I sure hope she isn't answering the phones while providing a service on someone. ???? If this is any indication of the service provided I think I will just go elsewhere. 😕
