Today was our first time here. We real enjoyed the place. Kids love sliding and playing basketball. We didn’t try zip lining, maybe on our next visit. We also did not try any of the food, so I can’t rate it, but overall we enjoyed our visit

A few slides look defective there's separation on the slides where there shouldn't be. Even the off-ramp saftey mats aren't as inflated as other Slick Cities I've attended causing hard landings. Overcrowded they're not enforcing time restrictions. Poorly managed, extremely dirty, the restrooms smelled like dog and urine. I will never return.

Nice place, however I feel like it is expensive, I have a 4 yr old who is scared of the heights and only uses the playground and I think is expensive, they should have a cheaper option for playground only with maybe a different pair of socks to distinguish. I also feel like the price for 2 hour play is over price ($34dls for 2 hrs) I Paid $70 dls for 2 hour play + extra $10 dls for 2 pairs of socks They had a great time though.

Nick (manager?) was extremely rude. I’m reviewing this experience only, not the business as a whole. Our group has been attending Slick City’s homeschool sessions since they started. I confirmed the date/time (4/11 at 11am) earlier in the month, and there was nothing online indicating they’d be closed. I even checked again right before leaving (still showed 11am opening). We arrived a few minutes early and waited outside. At 10:59am, Nick unlocked and opened the door for another employee to come in. Assuming they were opening, as it was already 11am at this point, I pulled the door to open it, but he pulled it back, cracked it open to stick his head out, and in a very rude tone said they had a private event and weren’t open. Before I could clarify, he shut and locked the door. I stayed outside to wait for clarification and to let friends we invited know what was going on. A few minutes later, Nick reopened the door and said the “private event” was now open and the homeschool session was still happening. When I asked his name, he replied “Nick” in the same condescending tone he'd been taking with me. This time he added a big fake smile for good measure. His attitude was hostile from the start. My kids(teens) even pointed out that he continued staring me down as we walked in. One parent went to ask staff (not sure if it was Nick) why there was a field trip going on during the homeschool time slot. He said they couldn’t decline it because “it made the company a lot of money” but that it wouldn’t happen again. Up until this, staff has always been friendly and helpful, which made this interaction stand out even more. This was my first time encountering Nick and hopefully my last.

Nice place with a bunch of fun slides. Everything was clean (even the bathrooms), plenty of tables and seating, and it wasn’t too crowded. Kids (7 & 8) had a blast. Prices were reasonable and the snack selection was fairly priced for a place like this. You do have to buy their socks and EVERYONE in you party (adults included) have to sign the waiver if they are participating or not. Again, no biggie, but just the way of the world these days. All in all, it’s a fun family outing that is easy to recommend.
