  Terrible service birthday parties. It’s a good place for kids to play, but the service is non existent for birthday parties. You will have to do everything on your own and they will still automatically and service tip charges as well. Please avoid.

  They charged me 29$ for my 3 year old (for juniors under 4 it is 14$ only). I realized it after 30 mins and asked them to adjust the price but they didn’t because we are roaming here for 30 mins. My kid didn’t even go near big slides.I never recommend this place. You have to make sure to check the prices while paying.

  Our visit to Frisco’s Slick City Action Park for Mekhi’s 4th birthday was a triumph! The energy was electric from the start. It wasn’t just a party for the kids; the adults were just as thrilled, rediscovering their inner child. It’s rare to find a venue that entertains all ages so effortlessly, but Slick City has mastered it. Adults and children alike were racing down slides and navigating obstacle courses with equal enthusiasm, creating a truly shared family experience. The pizza was a delicious surprise, far exceeding typical party fare and fueling our celebration perfectly. A special shoutout to our young host, the epitome of professionalism and attentiveness. He ensured every detail was handled and everyone had a fantastic time, always one step ahead. His friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. Slick City in Frisco is more than an amusement park; it’s a memory-maker. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate Mekhi’s special day. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

  Horrible experience during the holiday. Harassed multiple times by management. Ryanne was terribly rude. After waiting in line patiently my toddler runs off with socks that were 4.99 and I was told to get out of line find my child. Shortly after I noticed Ryanne behind me as I was still searching for my daughter in the area. Ryanne stood behind me and watched me look for my daughter. We find her go back to the check-in area and pay which we tried to do originally after waiting in line. The bottom line is it appears that if you have a party you have priority, which is why we were standing in the line for so long and since we were not here for a party, but just paying customers we were placed on the back burner. But to top it off, dad arrived to pick up my daughter about an hour and 15 minutes later, and Ryan approached his dad and asked dad whether or not he paid or checked in I was flabbergasted. We will never be back because no one needs to stress. This is supposed to be a fun loving city Play environment for families in the city of Frisco. Please remember this as you expect support again. We won’t be coming back. Thanks. Happy holidays.

  I am 46 and my boyfriend is 52. I surprised him with a trip here so we could be big kids together. We had so much fun and a lot of laughs. Seeing all the kids move around so freely reminded us that we need to play more before we are too old. I also definitely recommend getting their socks! You need the grippy socks for sure when you are climbing the stairs. So to those reading this just go! Have fun! And let your inner child out while you’re there.
