  Always a good time. The theatre’s are top notch. Food is ok with no real changes in the last few years, growing tiresome. They do change up the adult drinks and they are themed, bonus! The arcade is a trap.

  First off, this is not the staff's fault, but I don't see us going to any Cinemark Theater if this is their policy anymore. We went to a movie today in Frisco and the theater was never dimmed lower than the previews. I asked to have it dimmed as the light was shining right in my eyes (I'm not normally "that person") and was told for "safety they couldn't dim it lower - instead they moved us seats. Luckily, we were in a movie no one was in. Don't go in a movie in the front raised row, center, and expect a good experience with a full house. (Don't get me started on "safety" when I served for years at another competitor with no problems and that same competitor dims the lights fully to this day, as well as the mall near by). We have multiple choices around the Frisco,TX area and we choose with our money.

  We’ve been to CUT Cinemark several times and they’ve stayed consistent. Good food, convenient showtimes, and clean theaters make for a great movie experience. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely a reliable spot for a night out.

  I ordered food from CUT! by Cinemark and was really disappointed to find a broken elastic band in my pizza. It was baked right into the slice. This is a serious food safety concern and definitely not what you expect when ordering food at a theater. I hope management looks into this and improves quality control moving forward.

  Horrible, terrible no good very bad first they sent us into the wrong theater and then when we figure it out that it was the wrong theater. Our movie was already Too far in to understand what was going on. Gave me a refund in a couple of passes, but that doesn’t make up for the $120 that I paid for the Babysitter or the fact that we only get a night out maybe once every six months also the food was terrible. I didn’t even finish half of it and the chairs are extremely uncomfortable and do not climb very much. Just go to Ipix In Fairview, it’s way better. Also, the other people in the theater were being loud and rambunctious, and making a very hard to enjoy the Movie that we already didn’t know what was going on with. We ended up walking out.
