Tickets in advance are going to be cheaper than waiting until you get there. So, we made sure that we got them before we left. Also, if you know you are going to be going there get them far ahead of time as the prices can change. We went there during spring break. It was definitely busy, but not overwhelmingly busy. It was all around a great experience. It’s the perfect entry level theme park to take your kids to. Ours had a blast and were absolutely exhausted by the time the day was done. It was also nice that the park was not massive, but it wasn’t small either. It made it easy to get around without having to walk a ton.

Bought tickets for 3/25/2026 for me and my daughter because peppadfw instagram posted the splash pad was now opened. I also have bought premium parking but once I checked in, I asked about do I need a sticker so they won’t tow the truck since I bought premium parking. They stated that they weren’t doing that so they were gonna give me a refund. which I did get, but they never notify me that the splash pad was not opened when clearly DFW peppa theme park page on Instagram stated the splash pad was now open since it was 70° or higher, which that day was about 83°. A lot of little kids were dressed in their little swimwear just to arrive and be disappointed. They should at least notify you while checking out on your tickets. That certain stuff will not be open such as the splash pad. Clearly the Instagram post was just a scam for false advertising.
First time visitor! Would highly not recommend!
This seems like more of a fundraiser and not an actual amusement park.
Long story short: $198 for 3 kids $220 on burnt hotdogs and overly priced junk. I did not know that pizza could be messed up until I came here! Tasted like cardboard with burnt pepperoni on it!
I asked for a yearly pass for all Texas attractions, but the girl in the office only gave me a pass for their attractions and apologize and gave me a QR code to activate and upgrade my membership?
Everything was really weird, frustrating and overpriced. I had two 7-year-olds and one 3 year-old and they were bored after 3 hours.
Only one ride for the adults to go on with the kids, but literally you could fall asleep on that ride.
Employees were clueless on show times and noticeably unsatisfied with their pay.
No one greeted you when you walk in. Looked like a bunch of recent high school grads ready for a smoke break.
My 3 year-old is still talking about Peppa Pig, which is why I gave it one star. The seven-year-olds said they would’ve done better at Chuck E. Cheese.
For 3 Peppa Pig ears I was charged $45. All 3 of those ears are at the bottom of my car floor lol

I was excited to take my son here as he had been asking for nearly a year, no one mentioned the photos upon arrival to get facial recognition on the rides so this was a missed opportunity for our family on a special birthday celebration for him. As there was no line when we arrived I feel this was just upsetting as a first time visitor. We were able to ride all but 1 ride and this was just due to rides being operated in odd or even hours because of a lack of employees would be my guess.. when we went for a snack at the snack shack we were told their were no souvenir cups for the milkshakes, however later found that they could be purchased elsewhere at the cafe would have been great for their snack shack employees to mention that. ALSO there is no reentry as my elderly mother was in town and attended with us we we’re needing to leave to take her back to her room and were told if we leave the property we would not be allowed back in. I would never attend this park again as I personally do not find the price worth the attraction or service.

We have annual passes and have been a few times over the past year. Let me preface this by saying overall, we truly love it. I just have one huge main complaint.
The “water safety team” in the splash pad area every time we have visited has been extremely rude and off putting, almost to a point that I’d call them aggressive. I like to consider myself pretty reasonable and I always try to see all sides- I completely understand the need to enforce rules especially around water play and the dangers that can potentially present. I was a certified lifeguard. I also understand the stress of having to watch after several small children at once- as a mother, and as a teacher. I want to be clear that I am not complaining about them trying to ensure children are safe, that’s their job and something I fully support. What I do not support is yelling at children with a tone as if these were their own children, berating them over and over and over, watching a 3 year old cry after excitedly running up to the water slide for the first time and not realizing there was still someone else at the bottom of the slide. Being shouted at and scolded through an attempt at an extensive conversation with a THREE year old. Who now is afraid to go on the slide. Not because there are rules to follow, she understands that, and I am capable of reminding my child of the rules. But to berate my child (not to mention, every single other child there……….. this was not only towards my child but seriously if you have ever watched normal children, especially toddlers, playing normally, you know they might need several reminders to walk, wait their turn, etc. YOU DON’T NEED TO CONTINUOUSLY SCREAM. Use common sense. Is the mother standing in arms reach while they slide down a 3 foot slide into their own sibling? A 2 year old hopping up and running a few steps because he’s excited to go back up the slide again? These are not serious situations that require lecturing of small children who don’t understand and are literally just being traumatized by you yelling at them. It was awesome getting my 3 kids 3 years old and under all changed into swimsuits just to have them traumatized and refuse to actually go in the water at all after being screamed at upon arrival. I am just hoping they forget by the next time we go, and that the employees might be nicer next time. This was our first time back since reopening the water for the season and I had forgotten about our experience with them last year until today, sad to see it happening still even with different employees……
Can’t honestly say I’ve really even seen any employee that seemed thrilled to be there to be honest besides maybe one of the people chaperoning the character meet and greet? 50% seem miserable and like they hate kids, the other 50% seem like they’re just collecting a paycheck. We waited like 10 minutes just standing at the cafeteria counter waiting to order and the workers were standing right in sight just chatting. The food is also horrible quality, tiny portions and so overpriced- save the money.
Additional warning, we went with a sensory sensitive friend once and she struggled a lot with tons of loud music and sound effects basically everywhere.
Besides that, there are hardly ever lines at all which is awesome! We go on week days and it’s not busy at all. Tons of places to sit and cool down on hot days, tons of baby changing stations, the kids love all the rides and attractions. The fans in the big bike area pump out amazing cold air. It’s a super manageable sized park & perfect for small kids, not too much walking at all. Good variety of activities to do.
TLDR: cons- rude employees, bad & overpriced food, could be too loud/overstimulating for those sensitive to sensory input. pros- small and manageable with young children, short wait times, plenty of spots to cool off on hot days, kids enjoy the rides/attractions. Annual pass is definitely worth it if you live close enough.
