I brought two items here for repair and received no updates for several months. When I finally reached someone by phone, they couldn’t provide any information about the repairs or their status. I was later told one item had been repaired, which turned out to be incorrect. The store’s irregular hours also made communication difficult. Overall, the process was very frustrating, wasteful, disorganized and unhelpful. Maybe time to close the doors on having a music shop.

This evening, my son and I walked into this store and were completely swept away by the kindness of the two gentlemen there. My son is interested in music and didn't know what he wanted to play. The guys there let him touch, feel and handle every instrument there helping him pick the one he wants to play. THANK YOU!!!!
