  This is our favorite movie theater. It clean and the theater seats are very comfortable. All of the staff are very friendly especially Robbie. He always greets us with a warm and friendly smile. He is truly a asset to this company.

  Pretty decent place. Atmosphere is nice. I ordered tickets and food to be delivered to our seats through the website - Food delivery was scheduled for 6:35pm, with a window of within 10 minutes of that time. However, it didn't arrive until about 15-20 minutes after; we did receive our popcorn around 6:20 though, and drinks a few minutes later. The food was good, but overpriced at $16-18 for a burger and about a medium sized fries, drink sold separately. The theater was clean, as was the restroom, even though the paper towels were empty in both dispensers.

  The service here is beyond disappointing. I'd truly give 0 stars if it wasn't for the great service we received in the bar. My only negative comment is y'all have no business adding the gratuity. Tips are supposed to be earned. The horrible service is y'alls food runners. Why in the hell are you gonna bring me my popcorn but no drink? My husband had to finally walk down to grab it. Seriously?! It's not a busy time so no excuse for the laziness. Y'all need to get it together.

  The kiosk said to go to the attendant and the attendant stand had a sign saying to go to the concession stand. One of our party couldn't make it and I asked about getting a refund on the unused ticket, she said I'd have to call corporate later, and tell them one of the tickets wasn't used then proceeded to print copies of the 4 tickets originally purchased instead of the 3 we needed, so there's no way to prove we only used 3 tickets. The loungers were ALL in need of grease, so any time someone adjusted their seat the rest of the theater had to hear it... And they say to silence phones 🙄. The food was HORRIBLY overpriced, but I figured you're paying for the experience. I got a 20 Oz Gatorade and wonton cheese sticks. It was 25 dollars. The cheese sticks were Luke warm when I got them and I don't know what happened but they were tough, like chewing on shoe leather. All in all I enjoyed the movie, being able to raise my feet and get comfortable, but it'll be a very long time before I consider returning...
