  The employees were very nice. The seats in the theaters are worn. The arcade games don't really work. The audio for our movie was so loud that my kids were constantly covering their ears.

  I like the theater itself. Everyone is nice, helpful, welcoming. My main issue with this theater is that the air conditioning isn’t working or they don’t make it cool enough. I remember, when they actually made it a little bit cold, made the visit more enjoyable. Please, please turn up (or is it down?) the A/C. Make Theaters Cold Again

  I have been going here for years and has never been disrespected by any staff member, today i had situation that could of been handled a whole different but Ms. Natalie was super rude disrespectful and very nonchalant about a refund mattert could of been resolved. She absolutely don't deserve to be working there.And I would never step foot in this theater again, because of her She's a problem and y'all better get rid of her before she causes many other problems.I'm almost certain she already been in trouble before, I'm sure

  Was told they were out of hot dogs because they were closing concessions down before the last batch of movies started. The manager back there then refused to refill my soda that I paid too much for a short time later because she didn't want to turn a key and fill a cup for me as she had "just closed everything" again while 4 or 5 concessions employees did nothing and stared. The manager was rude and dismissive and I went straight to her to ask without knowing she was in charge. One of the employees tried to offer me a refill on the cool and she bathed in being rude again and told me it was closed once again. A simple thing like a drink refill ruined my whole experience and I will just go down the road to another theater from here on out.
