So we say we here to purchase tickets, he said “ ooohhhh “ as if we didn’t just walk past the self scan if you already purchased or had a ticket. So then we purchase the tickets but he didn’t even give us instructions on where the movie theater was.Had us walking around looking for theater #6. Poor customer service and poor lack of customer experience. It was a nice theater but yall got to get rid of shitty people like him.
