  The experience was great, the kids loved it. But only one thing ruined it. You already charge too much for the popcorn, why did you mix the fresh popcorn with the old? What, you thought people wont notice? It is already overpriced at least it should be ALL fresh not mixed with popcorn from yesterday (or I don't know when)

  Basically had to wait for over 30 minutes for a frozen drink. Miss the beginning of the mario movie... this place needs to get it together...SMH

  This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Cinemark. Tell me why I had to wait 15 minutes outside, with others to get let into the theater because they thought to close early! Once they finally let us in, we go to the pick up counter to get our food we ordered on the app. The girls go “oh look at this mobile order we didn’t do”. Then the rude employee tells us we can’t make this because we are closing early… mind you the manager is right there letting this happen. She then has me wait another 10 minutes while her and her manager decide what they want to do… now the movie has long since started… she then lets me know she can’t make everything but can give me a small popcorn. Yeah no, I left and probably won’t be back. I have been a longtime Cinemark Movie Club Member and am thinking it’s time to cancel.

  The employees were very nice. The seats in the theaters are worn. The arcade games don't really work. The audio for our movie was so loud that my kids were constantly covering their ears.

  I like the theater itself. Everyone is nice, helpful, welcoming. My main issue with this theater is that the air conditioning isn’t working or they don’t make it cool enough. I remember, when they actually made it a little bit cold, made the visit more enjoyable. Please, please turn up (or is it down?) the A/C. Make Theaters Cold Again
