It was where we went on our first date after our first daughter was born—using the blankets to sleep through a movie as exhausted new parents. It has witnessed birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations for no reason at all. IPIC has seen us grow into a family of five and has held so many moments we will cherish forever. Why IPIC? The staff is genuinely kind, the atmosphere feels special, and while tickets may be only about 75 cents more than other local theaters, the food prices are comparable—and the experience is unmatched. IPIC isn’t just a movie theater to us. It’s a place our family can always count on, a tradition we’ve come to cherish deeply. Thank you for the unforgettable moments.

The theater was also extremely cold. Additionally, the food was not good at all—the taste was very poor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

When I arrived at the theater, the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone. No cancellation notice. No confirmation. Nothing. I checked my bank account after arriving and turns out my ticket was refunded no explanation! The only reason I even found out my ticket was refunded is because I checked after showing up in person. Meanwhile, I was able to get a real person on the phone at the Houston location at the exact same time, so there’s really no excuse for the lack of communication. Poor customer service, no accountability, and a complete waste of time and very low class !!

After the Covid outbreak ended, the cleanliness of the movies has gone down in quality but overall the vibe, food, and atmosphere is very good and comfortable. I would give 5 stars if they can get back to having the cleanliness and smell of the theater back in order.

On 12-14 not only was my marinara cold, my daughters cheese dip was too. Very disappointed in my last 2 visits. I hope this can be resolved asap!
