- EBErnest BrickerMar 2, 20262.0Spontaneously took my daughters to see the new Zootopia. 2 adults 2 kids came to $72. If you book online you pay $24 convenience fee, if you show up at the theater, you pay $24 convenience fee. All forgotten when we settled into those super comfortable chairs and they enjoyed 2 glasses of Dr Pepper for $24. I get it... luxury costs and it was worth it. Until the server put himself an additional $12 tip after I handed him a $5 on the way out.

When food finally arrives it’s cold and the Mac and cheese is hard as a rock!! Send it back and they give me the same food on a different plate still cold!!! Ask for ranch when I initially order took an hour to get it!! Also for some reason thy allow people that arrive late to use their phone flashlights to look at the menu, smfh!!! We will never be going back definitely not worth the experience!!!! Mediocre customer service with high priced food that is comparable to McDonald’s or Wendy’s value menu!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
