When we walked in around 7-ish to see if there were any openings, the girl at the front told us everything was booked out/sold out for the night. We left feeling disappointed since this was something we really wanted to do for our date. However, not even five minutes later, we checked online and saw multiple openings for different rooms at different times. So clearly, that wasn’t true. Thankfully, we didn’t let her attitude ruin our night, we booked online and went back for the 30-minute room. The same girl that lied to us checked us in… The experience itself was amazing, and the gentleman who ran our room was a complete 10/10 — super helpful, friendly, and made it fun. As for the girl at the front — if you don’t want to do your job, don’t clock in. Don’t take it out on paying customers or ruin people’s experiences just because you don’t like your job or having a bad day. Know better do better 💞
