  I go here all the time, and I’ve loved it! But I went last night to see the hunger games and decided to try the dbox. The seats moved during the previews but did NOT move at all during the actual movie! Im not sure why. It was so upsetting. Those tickets were so expensive for no reason. I kept hoping that during the action scenes they would start moving again but no. If a movie doesn’t have d box activated why sell tickets for that specific theatre room?? :( I looked up the refund policy online and refunds are only given BEFORE the showtime, but I didn’t know before the movie that the dbox seats wouldn’t be worth it! :( I still recommend the theatre itself but not dbox. Will never try it again.

  RACISM. That is what I witnessed at Cinemark. Two young couples were simply there to watch a movie and were not causing any issues. An employee singled them out, called security to card them, and then followed them around the theater. When one of the young women asked to speak to a manager, she was dismissed. It was clear and disturbing discrimination. I will not be returning, and I will be filing a formal complaint. This kind of treatment has no place in our city.

  Great theatre! I had never been been here before but we were in the area and we gave it a shot. We played in the arcade for a bit then went straight to our showing. Huge theatre with a huge screen and the reclining seats were heated and worked!! Definitely my favorite one so far, wish the one we have in my side of town was like this one...😅

  I attended a film screening with my younger daughter last night and witnessed an unfortunate incident involving racial discrimination. A couple of African-American descent, who appeared to be over 19 or 20 years old, were asked to provide identification at the box office. Despite producing the required IDs, they were subjected to further scrutiny. As they entered the theater, the box office attendant falsely reported to the manager that they had been argumentative. Consequently, a police officer followed them into the movie, berated them, and caused undue distress. Notably, the couple had done nothing wrong and were understandably frightened. Given the circumstances, I was appalled by the behavior of the staff, particularly the manager, Carrie, who seemed unprofessional. I will not be frequenting this establishment again. as the couple went back to ask for a refund the manager was laughing at the matter. This couple could have been shot and killed, especially with how cops are being so aggressive nowadays I just can’t believe what I had saw. I really hope this matter gets dealt with in the right way I would never want anybody working at a establishment like that
