Bring in a rush to get where we needed, never crossed my mind to ask for our tickets to be credited or refunded as I thought we’ll just call tomorrow and take care of it. I called Cinemark spoke with the manager said because it wasn’t done in the day of the movie there is nothing the could be done, mind you we didn’t want a refund just wanted to have our tickets credit to come back and watch the movie. Called corporate and they just gave us the run around as well and said there was nothing they could do. Sad that we pay for the movie club and go to the movies very often. And there was nothing they could for us.

- MMMel McD.Dec 27, 20254.0Hit or miss at this theater. You either get a chill theater or rowdy teens on the weekends, and staff tends to be a little less friendly than the other locations. You will get a better experience here on a random weekday afternoon that the weekends for sure.
- MKMorgan KerrDec 9, 20251.0AFTER spending about $70 on tickets and snacks for me and my 4yo and 1.5 yo to see a KIDS movie, we were told INSIDE that we would not be allowed to enter with our foldable, less than 10lb, umbrella stroller. Mind you, we were allowed to enter with the exact same stroller a few months ago for How To Train Your Dragon live action. Without the stroller, my daughter (very young toddler) would be continuously trying to get up and run around. Not in a dark room with strangers! Had we been informed BEFORE spending a bunch of money and getting my kids’ hopes up, I would not be upset but we made it past at least 3 employees before we were stopped. Now we’re sitting in my truck bed with sad kids eating our popcorn, because who wants popcorn all over their vehicle. Photo of said stroller.
