My kids, my wife and i are current customers of this movie theater. Our experience normally is average to great with no issues. Yesterday was the exception when the lady who check the tickets did not allow my kids to get inside with their water bottle. The problem is that one of my kids that it is 5 years has autism and he doesn't know how to drink from a regular water bottle so he carries his everywhere. We asked the lady if she could hold into the bottles (in case he needed to drink water we could get to the front so he could drink water) so she said no and that she recommended us to leave it in our vehicle. As a parent, we felt helpless that something like this happens to our kid with autism just because they do not understand their condition. It is not the first time that something like this happens inside the movies/stores and unfortunately, we know it won't be the last time. It is heartbroken to try to explain our son why he cannot have his water bottle with him and unfortunately, because of his condition, he is not able to understand the reason. It may seem like not a big deal but for then it is. The more we tried to make it work the lady was rude and just did not care. Thankfully our kid loved the Mario movie so much that he did not had a crisis and we were able to manage the situation and finish the movie.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Cinemark location. Yesterday, I missed nearly half of my movie just trying to get snacks for my family. The wait time for popcorn was excessive and completely unreasonable.
While I understand that snacks can cost more than the tickets themselves, the service should at least match the pricebut it didn’t. There was a young employee who appeared to be struggling, yet he was kind and doing his best. Unfortunately, none of the other staff stepped in to support him, which made the situation even slower and more frustrating.
On top of that, they were out of pizzas and no kettle popcorn at this location, and I had to wait around 15 minutes just for one pizza. The floors were also very dirty, which added to the overall negative experience.
I won’t be returning to this location.

I bought tickets for a movie at 1215 am to just find out it was for the following day at midnight despite the description of my ticket showing 1215 the morning of Tuesday. I asked to speak to the manager but he/she never came out. Awful customer service handling errors like that
