  Poor communication of employees and management. Try to watch a movie with my family including my daughter. Called 10 min before the movie start and the employee over the phone confirmed I could take my daughter to the movie. Once I get there I was refused to go into the movie and I had already bought the tickets. Worst thing is the manager there never said sorry for the inconvenience. Poor management and poor communication.

  I was refused service and told my movie credits were worthless. I was denied the opportunity to speak with a manager. The cashier was dismissive and unhelpful. If you don't want me in your business just tell me. The disrespect I get here just gets worse every time.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Cinemark location. I attempted to use a coupon that was listed on the official Cinemark website, but the manager on duty accused me of trying to use a fake coupon and immediately became argumentative. What was most concerning was that the manager threatened to call the police if I attempted to use the coupon again. This response was completely inappropriate and escalated a situation that could have been handled calmly and professionally. If the coupon was not valid, that could have been explained respectfully. Instead, I was treated rudely and made to feel uncomfortable. As a frequent customer who visits multiple times a week, this experience was extremely disappointing

  Great service from tall guy working in concession on Sunday. Went to the back and grabbed specifically what we wanted. Went out of his way to do this for us.
