- MVM V5 days ago5.0My grandkids, ages 5, 7, & 9 had a BLAST! Loved that the 5 year old could ride all the slides with her older brothers. There is a separate area for little ones 5 & under, but she is used to keeping up with the boys! We took them to Slick City twice during their week long visit. So, so much fun - highly recommend!

We drove 45 minutes to be turned away because they don’t refused to accept our pogo passes on Saturday night even though there was absolutely nothing on their website or pogo pass saying that there were those terms. Even after proving that their hours were listed wrong and there were no restrictions listed on their pogo pass, they still sent us away with a voucher. Spent $10 in tolls to be turned away due to THEIR mistakes. Turned away a 10 year old and his mom. Super rude. Wouldn’t have hurt to let us in.

They're all about fun, unique experiences, and a family-friendly vibe. Oh, and they take cleanliness and friendly staff seriously!

This was our first visit and I purchased tickets using a Groupon - entrance was easy with the barcodes and staff was quick and friendly. Our group was sliding once their socks were on. Having set timing kept the place from feeling too crowded and after 90-minutes our crew was hungry. Highly recommend; looking forward to returning maybe for a birthday party.

Our group of five came in later in the evening, and despite the timing, they were nothing but welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our group felt taken care of from the moment we walked in. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care completely elevated our experience and honestly made our night. This is the kind of staff that represents the business extremely well they truly set us up to have a great time.
