If a tip was indeed included, I would have expected our drinks to be consistently replenished without needing to request it. Furthermore, the food was not exceptional, items were missing, and I felt pressured to place our order expeditiously. In my opinion, paying gratuity should be optional; it should not be mandatory, even for large groups, especially when significant expenses are already being incurred. Let's strive for excellence in customer service, where every experience is exceptional and every guest feels valued.
