  This place is awesome. I love that you can use your Cinemark perks here, which is a big plus. The movie volume was perfect. Loud enough to enjoy but not overwhelming. Oh yeah, A+ for the chairs reclining pretty far back. Along with the seat warmers! The food came out quickly and the portions were great. My son got the kids mac and cheese and it was a huge portion, honestly looked like almost a whole box. I ordered a margarita and it was perfect and strong just the way I like it. The only small issue was with the brownie sundae. When we ordered, the waiter asked if I wanted it during the movie, which I thought was really cool, so I said yes. Toward the end of the movie I realized I never got it, so I pressed the button. Another staff member checked on it, and then my original waiter brought the receipt and I noticed I had been charged for it even though I hadn’t received it yet. After mentioning it, they brought the sundae out a few minutes later, but by then the credits were rolling and I had to rush to finish it. Overall though, we had a great experience and I’d definitely come back.

  The service is exceptional, and the movie theater is immaculately clean! The food is average, but that’s to be expected in a movie theater. The popcorn and other comfort foods are on point!

  Where do I start? Food takes FOREVER to come. We ordered on multiple occasions before the movie even started. Here comes the food more than halfway into the movie. When the food finally comes it’s COLD. The first time this happened it was so bad the manager refunded our money. Oh & all of the seats don’t even recline. The popcorn was good. That’s the only positive here. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. We will NOT be back anytime soon.

  I had an excellent experience at Cinemark and felt compelled to share. I had 4 out of 7 seats that were not reclining properly, and both the assistant manager and the manager David were extremely efficient and professional. They immediately jumped into action to resolve the issue. The assistant manager Aliya, truly set the tone. She was proactive, calm, and made sure I was taken care of by offering several compensation options just in case David was unable to fix the seats. David worked quickly and successfully got everything working as it should. This location has consistently provided me with top tier service, and this experience only reinforced why I will always choose this Cinemark over all others. Exceptional customer care from start to finish.

  Over the years Cut Theater has had some major upgrades. The last being DBOX Seats, and now THE FOOD!! The entire menu has now been revamped and new options have been introduced. Including now HOT DOGS incase anyone was wondering or requesting for the introduction of Hot Dogs. My only complaint with Cut Theater is the consistency of the quality of the food. On a busy day the food tends to be good and fresh in my opinion but on a lesser busy day the team in the kitchen seems to slack and not put in as much effort so the bun is either toasted too much or the food is just cold. And as of right now I have been experiencing the same issue as others have stated in reviews. Is the food being cold. My wings were still warm and my burger was still warm but I just KNOW that it could have been a lot more warmer! Giving that fresh hot incredible dine in experience. Overall in terms of area and screen and audio and seats that recline all the way back you won’t have to worry about it. Cut Theater does and offers an excellent job in these fields since the theater is still relatively new. Let’s just hope management cares enough to keep it a gem for the growing and rising suburbs in the Cypress area and doesn’t go completely downhill within the next 5 years. Shoutout to Cut Theater for serving the community. For anyone living in Cypress Cut is always our go to.
