  Went and saw Michael Jackson sat 25th Ordered pretzels popcorn margarita and a beer the drinks came 25 mins after we said something the pretzels came at 35 mins cold with cold queso asked where popcorn was we asked to speak to a manager 10 mins later server came said you still want it? We will retire first make boyfriend left the movie to go talk to a manager who said what do you expect we’re serving 300 people. Well we want SERVICE and HOT FOOD WHEN PAYING OVER 10$ per item boyfriend brought back food 5 mins later comes the server with popcorn so over an hour for the refire POPCORN. The lights went on during the movie for a few minutes This is absolutely unacceptable especially for a manager to be like it’s not my problem after spending over 100$

  We really enjoyed coming here until recently. The overall cleanliness is a joke. Theaters smell like dirty socks and stinky sweat and urine. Restrooms are unkept as well. Seats are covered in food stains. Food is ok. I really enjoy the popcorn. Please address these issues. Its supposed to be a "luxury experience." Invest in some febreeze at bare least.

  I have reached out to cinemarks customer support twice over this issue and have heard nothing back. We went to the movies this past Saturday on 4/4 to see the new Mario movie. The movie paused 6 different times which made for a terrible experience. The whole crowd was complaining each time and just threw off the entire vibe of the movie. We have requested a refund through messaging their support but they have not reached out or responded back. Very sad. We won’t go back.

  Ticket machine ran out of paper— took up some time to get that straightened out for our tickets. Ok no big deal. Movie started at 9p but at 8:59p we were told the theater wasn’t ready yet because it was still being “cleaned”— hm, ok. Upon entry into the theater there’s a super strong odor of buffalo sauce— yuck. Popcorn all over the floor. Our seat tray tables were sticky. One of our seats had juice/pop spillage on the side and crumbs on the chair. For such a brand new facility, it was filthy. Would not recommend this location.

  CUT! has consistently given my husband and I wonderful service. We love the revamped menu and always have a comfortable experience. The staff has always been kind and the theaters are always clean. We have never had any issues of disturbance during a movie and know that when dining and watching with CUT!, the enjoyment will still be there. The reason I knocked them a star is because we have gone twice in the last two weeks, one busy day, one not busy day, and both times the theaters were extremely warm and uncomfortable. The first visit on the lesser busy day, we let the server know and it was resolved immediately however when we went in yesterday for our second visit, our food took 45 minutes to arrive, our food was cold and while I expressed the theater was more than warm, I continued to sweat for the next 2 hours of the movie. I normally run really cold so the fact that I started to sweat was…not fun…I give grace being that it was a saturday night and I believe some staff were in training so there was a lot going on but we loved the movie, just hoping we don’t have to be uncomfortable again. We frequent this location and hope the issues I and others have experienced are resolved as we have always enjoyed our experience at CUT! and know that the staff is always doing the best they can to ensure every customer has a great time.
