  I really hate the new "pay more" to be able to select seats in the center of the cinema policy, the theater was empty basically, yet we could not select seats in the middle of the theater because we need to be a paying member in order to do so.

  I‘ve ben coming in here at least once a week for at least a year. Never had an issue. I just order a small icee and small popcorn After ordering i showed the cashier ( who i believe might be a manager) my QR code. he then said that those were my tickets and not the member id, unfortunately i didn’t hear him the first time so i politely said “i’m sorry, i didn’t hear you” He then yelled at me in my face “THOSE ARE YOUR MOVIE TICKETS”. He was very rude. Also he handed me my icee with the contents dripping all off the side of the cup. He needs to work on his customer service. I just had to laugh it off that was hilarious. man i bet he sucks to work with. I didn’t get his name but he was the hispanic dude who talked and gave “discord mod” energy

  Don’t bother with XD or this theater. Second XD movie I’ve seen that the sound is garbage. Subwoofers worked fine so they don’t care if the main speakers are off/suck. Don’t charge people for XD prices and experience and not deliver.
