Been going to this location for YEARS without problem - love the upgrade to the seats and the online ordering; having popcorn and drinks delivered is pretty cool (though other theaters do it better).
Today was going great until I sat down. Ants. I didn't get stung - and honestly there were less than I could count on two hands. It was, however, enough to spoil my experience. I later found the reason why there were ants on me - between the cushions and armrest, the chair was filthy with old popcorn, dried soda syrup and/or melted candy. Not from previous viewing that day, mind you. This was maybe a week's accumulation of nasty. Fortunately the seat next to me was unoccupied. I did not feel the need to interrupt my viewing experience to go full "Karen" and get the management team out to see my seat. I should have... immediately after the film, I contacted Cinemark through the app and emailed asking for a refund and was told this:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund at this time because the showtime has passed and we show that these tickets have been picked up. Situations like this need to be brought to the attention of our staff immediately during your visit so we can take corrective action--such as moving your seats or addressing the problem on the spot."
Refunding a ticket to a LOYAL CUSTOMER for a single Sunday matinee ticket was a simple solution. Instead, when I reported the issue with but a tepid, canned response, I told the rep that I intended to post about my negative experience on social media... her response was
"Carpe Diem"... That's some BS. I think I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

Got there early and was disappointed to see the popcorn preordered and delivered to the empty seat unattended and cold. :/

Pros: employees were very nice, chairs are very comfortable
Cons: all icee machines are permanently out right now, their oven is broken (no pizza), and most of the previews were ads - repeated ones at that.

First time guest and it was a great experience. Got to see the opening day of Badlands and man was the sound GREAT! Seats can lean back and it brings your legs up. Very comfortable. Seats had surround sound and vibrated with the action on the screen. I had to turn mine off personally. Concessions had a great offering. Popcorn was fresh, warm and salted perfectly! It was a great place to go for an Action movie! 🍿

Nice theater but we left KPDH 30 min in because there was no bass at all. It seemed like something was seriously wrong with the sound or the subs were turned off. Like watching on a cheap tablet at full blast.
Huge bummer for a musical movie. Staff was very nice but we didn't leave any feedback, the lobby was closed when we left since it was late.
