- AFAbe FloresNov 2, 20252.0The girl managing the tickets was very rude and knew she was wasting our time and smiled about. We took my sister to watch a movie and was denied entry she made me and my friend show our ids then asked my sister to show her id knowing that she doesn’t have one. I even called our parents to validate that she has permission. The movie we we’re watching had a promotional item that my sister wanted so I asked if they had them she goes yeah we have them smiles at me and pauses for a long time so I asked again and she said yeah we have them I’m not supposed to give you one. This VIOLATES CINEMARKS rules I was her acting legal guardian and was denied entry to the movie this is absolutely ridiculous. I understand keeping kids safe but in this case we had permission she had a guardian and there was absolutely no reason to be rude about it. A simple sorry her parents have to be here would have sufficed. I have no idea what happened before we got there but she also didn’t let a couple in-front of us in.I hope they see that they are losing CUSTOMERS and MONEY because of this. I would’ve left one star but this is my favorite cinemark and I’m a rewards member I pay extra for this I would be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy being a cinemark customer but the service here was just ridiculous.
