  My partner and I worked with Bruce and Lee after a house flood in June 2025. Our insurer, USAA, referred us to Prism Specialties to repair a family art piece that had been exposed to water and severe degradation. I truly believed it was unsalvageable, but once the piece was in Bruce’s hands, the entire process was smooth sailing. Communication was excellent, the people were wonderful, and best of all, the artwork was returned to us more beautiful than I had ever seen it. We are deeply grateful to everyone involved in restoring our family artifact.

  My sister had a house fire causing a tremendous amount of overall damage to her home. She had to move out for about nine months. She has quite a number of art items that were entrusted to Bruce and his team to restore, clean, and care for while her house was renovated. She treasures all of her artwork, and some of it was actually painted by her and by her late husband. To her, it is all priceless. Bruce and his team not only did a fantastic job of caring for and returning and hanging her art, they even went further. She was so distraught over the entire incident that Bruce on I believe two occasions actually went to visit her at her temporary home, assuring her all of her art was in good shape and safely stored. He even showed her pictures of it. When they returned to put the art back in, she was not really up to full days of them being there. They actually took the time to not only work around a schedule that ensured she wasn't overwhelmed, but they actually broke the return process into partial days to make it easier on her. That is what not only superior customer service but true compassion and caring are all about. From the bottom of her and our family's hearts, thank you so much for a wonderful experience at such a difficult time. We will never forget it.

  Bruce Horton and his establishment are the best in the business. My house burned and destroyed many many rare treasures, but fortunately, it did not burn some of the most valuable things to me, which was some of my art, but mostly my guitar collection, and 3 of them were autographed by many many very famous musicians, and some of them deceased, so these are one of a kind, and all my things were in terrible condition, with smoke, water and heat damage, so i was really skeptical anyone could save these autographs but I'm here to tell you that he cleaned these to perfection in absolutely perfect condition with not one Smear or smudged autograph, and I was blown away that these very valuable treasures were saved and Bruce was the best in every way, and he was easy to trust and so easy to talk to and if you needed him by phone or text, he was right there eveytime, and all of this matters as if you are the one who had their things destroyed and only some remnants of a lifetime of collecting then waiting for information of all you have left, so I could not be more satisfied with 100% of everything concerning Bruce Horton and this establishment, because he did the impossible imo and he returned my things good as new, so if your unfortunate and need your treasures restored, then go no further than here, because if it can be saved, he will do it perfectly.

  Bruce Horton is very professional and detailed with each piece of art restoration. He did an outstanding job with fine art to photographs framed for us, after we experience water damage to all of our art works. He completely filled out forms with details of dimensions, condition of each piece, how he would repair along with an excellent photo of each piece. He beautifully restored all of our art works and framed photos of precious family. He has stored our art pieces carefully and in proper conditions for humidity and air to ensure all of the restored art is safely preserved. I confidently recommend Bruce Horton’s work, care, and dedication to his clients and to his art restoration.
