Our insurer, USAA, referred us to Prism Specialties to repair a family art piece that had been exposed to water and severe degradation. I truly believed it was unsalvageable, but once the piece was in Bruce’s hands, the entire process was smooth sailing. Communication was excellent, the people were wonderful, and best of all, the artwork was returned to us more beautiful than I had ever seen it. We are deeply grateful to everyone involved in restoring our family artifact.

I contacted Mr. Horton the owner of the artwork restoration company and they came to my house and took care of my artworks. It took about four months to restore all of my artwork and brought back to me. I am very pleased with the professional job they did from removing the art pieces and bringing them back to even hanging the artwork back on my wall.
