At 9:15pm I went to the concession stand to get some popcorn and the guy said no because they’re closed for the night. I’m like “ theirs popcorn literally right there, and he turned off the light and said no that he can’t give it to me because they close at 9:30pm. So I asked if I can at least get a water and he refused, saying he can’t because they’re closed for the night. Soo, how is it I can watch a movie that doesn’t end until 11pm, and theirs no concession service to give? It makes no sense at all. If the movies end at a certain time, I expect cinemark to still be open until the movie ends. I couldn’t even get a water. Smh. Never again. Horrible service.
