  If i could rate less stars i would! I went to see Avatar fire and ash with my father instantly things were bad. The movie didn't start until almost a full hour after the scheduled viewing as well as having absolutely no previews, we sat in the dark for 50 mins just for the movie to even start(while being told nothing nor even greeted by employees). During the movie the screen flickered a couple of time but the absolute cherry on top was when right before the finale of the movie it totally breaks. An employee finale addresses us and apologizes for yet another delay and say he's fixing it(and offers 1 free movie voucher per person, 5 guest left alreadyby this point as well), about 20 or so minutes later the movie comes back on then not even 10 minutes later it shuts off again. We are informed 15 minutes later it cant be fixed and that we may not finish the movie as well as prompted to leave the theater. At this point I want a refund for not only not finishing the movie and wasting 5 hours of my time. Another employee gladly proceeds to refund myself and other annoyed viewers however a manager i presume, is on the phone and tells the employee to hold up and not give us our refunds. We then demand our refunds because we didn't even finish the movie! Thank God I dont live here and have to deal with the terrible theater and management that has absolutely no clue what they are doing. Biggest waste of time.

  I was here on 8/29/25 for a movie that was at 8:30pm. With ads, it didn’t start til almost 9pm. At 9:15pm I went to the concession stand to get some popcorn and the guy said no because they’re closed for the night. I’m like “ theirs popcorn literally right there, and he turned off the light and said no that he can’t give it to me because they close at 9:30pm. So I asked if I can at least get a water and he refused, saying he can’t because they’re closed for the night. Soo, how is it I can watch a movie that doesn’t end until 11pm, and theirs no concession service to give? It makes no sense at all. If the movies end at a certain time, I expect cinemark to still be open until the movie ends. I couldn’t even get a water. Smh. Never again. Horrible service.
