  Experience was adequate. After spending over $100 I shouldn't have to argue with the young lady behind the counter, about bringing my refreshments to the theater. I don't know where she brought them, but it wasn't to theater 12, seats D7-9. Another young lady ended up remaking the refreshments, but that rubbed me the wrong way, hence the missing star.

  Let me just say as a chef, yall hotdogs are disgusting especially for the price. The $7 hotdogs taste as if it's it was sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Pizza was dry sitting under there. Nothing is made fresh. No discounts for our seniors or veterans. Beaumont we pay less in Houston and hotdogs be on point. They even allow you to serve the chili and cheese to yourself. Plus they have a bar. Yall still stuck in the past. Oh and my sister says your popcorn is stale. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Update:We tried again without hitting their concession stand. They ripped us off on the movie tickets and seating. Now these folks told my sister the next movie starts at 7:25. We were wondering why it cost so much. The biker guy in the window didn't explain jack. He didn't explain that the movie was XD and we were wondering why it cost so much. That's my first complaint. My second is that when we did pick out the seats he told us that the ones with the x were sold out. Guys we came as a large group. Why by the time the movie was over, all those seats were still empty? So that means my disabled mother and father had to sit alone all the way to the top. He had not consideration for the elderly. Yeah if I could give yall no stars, then that's what it would be. This is why the movies are empty and not packed like back in the day. The theaters are ruining it for not only patrons, but for the actors.

  First time visit and the experience was top notch. I suggest the seats with all the movement and sounds. They do have refill options for a drink and popcorn.

  Great experience ... walking distance from truckstop. Reserved seating, many movie choices .. clean inside .. getting food, the workers didn't just get my things, they took the time to be personable .. have a short conversation .. that was a big plus!

  We had watched the new annabelle. People in the theater kept taking photos with flash and playing on their phones the entire movie. Most of the groups of people were gossiping and not even paying attention, there was a dude right next to me with headphones on blaring loud music with his screen all the way up and when I said something to him it wasn’t fixed. I did bring the situation up to the manager on duty, he is the only reason this place is getting 3 stars. Their mix drinks are hella watered downed as well. It was more like flavored water. Couldn’t taste the alcohol in it at all. If you wanna watch a movie go in the morning time. The night crowd doesn’t shut up.
