We have been to Mt Playmore many times in the past. Kids have had fun. The employees have been polite, but today, we came across Mr. Enrique. He went above and beyond. From the moment we entered, he was personable and amazing. We had an issue with one of the games and he immediately tended to it. Even when we were leaving he was exceptional. We definitely had an amazing visit because of Mr. Enrique.

We spent a lot of money to have my son's 3rd birthday here and I wish we had booked his party literally anywhere else. We had asked for our pizza to be ready at 12:40 and had the kids all come sit down at about 12:35 only to sit there waiting for almost 10 minutes for their pizza..also, there is definitely not enough pizza for 2 slices per child, as the party package says.
Onto our next issue, most of the managers here are basically children and are incredibly unprofessional and not customer service oriented. We had an incident where a young blonde manager with a ponytail was snarky and spoke aggressively and rudely to us. When we checked out, there was a different manager who apologized to us and said the girl that was rude to us was a "manager in training" and offered us a small discount to make up for the distress. I appreciated her efforts but I can't remember her name.

The children's place was my main area. Had my three year old and almost 2 year old. Was told my three year old was too big and not aloud to get into any of the little cars. Ridiculous considering we have those exact cars ourselves. A little 30lb kid isn't going to bent a cars wheels. SMH
I LOVE Mt.Playmore! I brought in my 2 year old and he loved it! Big play land, many arcade games, and loved the baby/toddler area! And thanks to Enrique at the front desk, he was very helpful and knowledgeable!

Mt. Playmore is easily one of our go-to spots whenever my toddler is craving a good indoor playscape. The space is massive—honestly one of the largest indoor play areas I’ve come across—and it gives kids plenty of room to explore, climb, and burn off energy. Yes, it can get crowded, but the environment still feels safe and well-designed for children.
What I appreciate as a parent is how thoughtfully the place is set up for adults too. There are plenty of seating areas, and even massage chairs if you’re lucky enough to snag one and relax a bit while your kiddo is off having fun. The on-site restaurant is convenient, with ample seating so you don’t feel rushed during meals.
The arcade section is another highlight, featuring a wide variety of games—many of which feel newer and well-maintained—adding another layer of entertainment beyond the playscape.
The only reason this isn’t a full five-star review is due to a less-than-ideal experience hosting my child’s birthday party here last year when there was an AC malfunction. It was unfortunate and impacted the overall comfort of the event.
That said, for everyday play visits, Mt. Playmore remains a fantastic option for families looking for a safe, energetic, and parent-friendly indoor play destination in Austin.
