  today for my husbands little brothers birthday, it was all good until I went to order food by the restrooms. The hispanic young girl took my order, asked me what I wanted and I proceeded to order chili cheese fries and a Dr Pepper, I received my table number and sat down I waited with my husband for more then 30 minutes, it was busy so I thought maybe they were short staffed. Well no | go back up to the counter to ask when my food will be out very nicely and she said she doesn't know then I said okay well I have to leave because our party was over and I would like a refund. she rolls her eyes at me looks at me like I destroyed her life and then says "well actually your food is literally ready"switching up after calling her manager then saying something in Spanish she thought I couldn't understand. and I said no I'm good I dont want it because you already have given me attitude and switched up when the manager came over. The manager says to refund me which she does and I hear something about "white girl" behind the counter. I am Hispanic my husband is Hispanic and she obviously hated that I looked really white and I was with a Mexican man. What confirms my suspicions is that everyone I mean so many people had gotten there chili fries and they ordered way after me. She had a bad attitude refunding me and hated that I was married to a Mexican man. This is discrimination and disgusting behavior and this girl should learn how to talk to adults and keep in mind I was so nice to her the whole time I'm always nice to customer service workers but this girl has to go. attitude, racist, discrimination, and immature. It’s in your policy that you do not discriminate against anyone nor guests. Do better I won't be coming back.

  Someone needs to be teaching people skills and/or common sense to management from yesterday evening. My 4 year old cousin had his birthday party booked from 430-6. Great turn out, everyone having fun etc. 6pm comes and we are told we have to clear the room, but a table has been reserved for us. Great! We all migrate to the table and begin setting up. 2, maybe 3 people were finishing their cake (brought with us for the party) and the ice cream they provide in small cups. An employee in all black (im assuming a manager) comes and tells us we cannot eat cake in the area that we are in because its outside food. I replied, "im sorry ma'am, we just left your birthday party area in room 5. We are almost done." Her reply, "well you should have ate the cake in the birthday room because thats where you eat it. NO OUTSIDE FOOD!" She then doubles down on her comment asking our guest if she'd like a to go box for the cake. We assumed she meant for the left over 8 pieces of cake. This goof ball comes back with the smallest to go box for the 2 bites of cakes remaining in the guests ice cream cup!! Then proceeds to watch her to make sure she puts the cake in the tiny container. We decided to take the high road and let her have the small victory. But were pretty upset by the interaction. Collectively, our party had spent a decent amount of money in the establishment at this point. So the fact she made a fit about a cake bite feels like a lack of common sense training in my highly sought out opinion lol. We wont talk about half the games available to play needing servicing, or the VR machine out of service. But having adults talked to and treated like toddlers is unacceptable.

  Came here to celebrate my sons 4th birthday, he’s autistic and they just kept picking on him about wearing his socks that his bare feet can contaminate everything he touches but yet he came out of the climbing area dirty his face was dirty. I put his socks back on to keep them from antagonizing him. I wouldn’t recommend coming here it’s so slow here to find decent good customer service.

  Very disappointed with this place. Ages are 1-12 years old. My neice went there to play. She is a special needs child. And both employee and manager refused her to come and play because she is 17 years old. She looks like a child!! Her height and mentality is that of a 7 or 8 year old. Who says NO! to a special needs child!! I will spread the word! Shame on you!
