  Overall I do recommend this location. There is one slide that I do not recommend for adults. It’s the lime green in between the red and green slides. It wasn’t enough cushion coming down and I hit my nose, almost got a concussion. My eyes immediately watered, came out with bruised nose. (my husband too) All the other slides were great. Bathrooms were clean but faulty toilet paper holder. Staff were nice. Will be coming back for sure! We went during the week, around 3pm barely any people l loved that it wasn’t crowded. Plenty of parking space too. Lockers are $6 to store your belongings.

  Very impressive indoor park! I took my family for my oldest son's birthday and everyone had a great time. From the moment we arrived we received excellent customer service from Emily, the team lead. The facility was clean, the food tasted very good, and the people who work there were all friendly. We definitely hope to be back!

  Had my daughter’s party here. Place was a lot of fun and kids had a blast. The service not so much. Trying to call and get a hold of someone was a nightmare in the days leading up. I was contacted a few days before to confirm everything. Was told to be there at noon, party was 1-3, to check in and set up. Got there right before noon, was told they weren’t expecting us until 12:45. But they worked us in and got us a table which was nice. Told us they could move us to 12:30-2:30 since we were there early, then came back and said we had until 3. Our party host on the other hand, I was not impressed with. He brought us one pitcher of our drinks, had to hunt him down to get the other one. Our pizza came out, he never returned and asked if we were good. Had to ask someone else for all of the plates, cups and utensils. The only time we saw him again after that was when he asked me to finish paying for our party. All in all it was a good experience, fun place, but was not impressed with the host or the service.

  This was a final stop for Spring Break vacation before we headed home. It was just what my kids needed to get that last burst of energy out! My kids loved it! I have kids from 4 to 19 and they all had a blast. It’s very loud and there is a lot going on. Very easy for someone to get overstimulated. My 4 year old is autistic and he struggled at first. Ultimately he end up liking his little area! He found his way around. I wish there was a closed fence around the kids portion because my son likes to elope. Luckily my husband was able to stand at the entrance and catch him most of the time. Big kids loved it and is ready to come back! This will be on the list when we come back! I would say this is an Autistic friendly place, if the noise doesn’t bother them!

I found the kids who claim to be management team communication style to be unduly informal, and I was particularly uncomfortable with her use of excessive and intrusive hand gestures while attempting to address my concerns. Despite my repeated requests for her to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and refrain from such physical expressions, these requests were unfortunately dismissed. The perceived absence of other senior management staff at the time further amplified my apprehension regarding the overall level of supervision and operational professionalism. My observations extended to other members of your staff as well, who, much like Ms. L..., appeared to lack comprehensive understanding and professional acumen. It was particularly concerning to note their apparent unfamiliarity with the detailed contents and implications of the waivers they were presenting for customer signatures, beyond simply facilitating the signing process. This suggests a potential deficiency in critical staff training regarding both customer interaction protocols and essential operational documentation. The cumulative effect of these incidents has compelled me to question the operational standards and the level of staff preparedness at your establishment. Regrettably, this experience has left both myself and my associates with the impression that the professional standards we anticipate are not consistently upheld, leading us to seriously reconsider any future patronage. I sincerely hope that these observations will be given serious consideration, and that steps will be taken to address the issues outlined to ensure a more consistent and professional experience for your customers moving forward. 03/14/2026
