  Me and my girlfriend went to the scream 7 premiere at 6:00 and they were supposed to give everyone at scream 7 at 6:00 a collectible poster and they didn’t give one to us and when we asked they gave someone else the last one to the people who came up behind when they said they didn’t get one either even though we asked first, but we are very upset we would of gone to a different time if this was the case!

  Im not giving it 2 stars for the movie the movie was great I took 3 friends and myself to watch Lord of the rings return of the king extended edition. About halfway through we had to evacuate and I was told I would get a refund when an email was sent to me. I never got an email and I called them 3 times went up there 2 times called their 1800 number and each time I got different response on how to get my money refunded this last time I went I was told they could only give me 4 free movie tickets to any movie of my choice not my money. As a place of business they should know what their policy are not telling customers different things. I ended up having to go a different route just to get my money back. The experience could have been different but this theater is not what it used to be unfortunately.

  It's okay. The seats are nice. The popcorn was way too salty. The sound was a bit too loud. The matinee prices were good.

  This Cinemark in Amarillo needs an upgrade. The food and popcorn are too salty & tasts really old like its been there for years even when its made fresh. The person who picks the movies to be shown at this theater has awful tast in movies. They never show the best movies here. The only great thing about this movie theater is the recliner seating. This Cinemark in Amarillo used to be way better than this. What happened?
