- KAKaran AgarwalOct 8, 20261.0Shocking bad and rude service. I am a lifelong four seasons patron and I am beyond shocked how rude the service has been today. The “head mixologist” Burak Temnur repeatedly insulted the women in our group going as far as saying “are you sure you know what a “margarita” tastes like. Moreover, we ran up quite a sizable happy hour tab, yet when we inquired why additional chips for our dips had not arrived after 25 mins, he told us “to order everything at the same time or learn to be patient”. Moreover, the server (Onur Cufunder), to a lesser extent was also curt and quite the opposite of welcoming. He did the bare minimum but seemed annoyed every time we asked to order absolutely anything. In the absence of any manager, I shared my experience with Burak where he began to rudely question “why I had so many problems”. We are staying at the raffles this trip and the service has been quite the opposite so this appears to be an isolated example of terrible service and a management. We came here because it was the four seasons but won’t be coming back.

Ingen menukort, men skal scanne en qr kode, hvor man så kan bestille fra, det må man så ikke, forvirret.....ja Så er de 55 min om en ok adana og ok grillet laks, men hvorfor er der ikke ris/kartofler eller noget dyppelse/sauce til ? Servere 1 lille citron og et kvart rå løg og 2 meget små stykker gulerod og lidt salat...? Det kan i finde bedre andre steder specielt til de dyre priser !!!
