Great place with lots of fun for the whole family! Roller-coaster type go kart track with seatingon an upper level and ground level. Game room, Lazer tag, indoor mini golf course. Food and drinks available. Staff was friendly and the facility was neat and clean. Check for specials. There are multiple facilities that are operated together and you can usually get a day pass for all of the facilities for all day fun.

We came to Gatlinburg to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday and passed this arcade and wanted to get tickets. We had a party of 10 people ready to pay and play. We walked in and went to the restroom. They had a banner with some drinks that looked like they were tasty. Some with alcohol and some without. As we waiting for my mom to finish in the restroom my daughter and I were going to get a drink. It was around noon and the cashier was starring at us. When we walked up she said she had to get her manager. An older man came up looked angry and said “ok I need to see IDs!” I’m 42 years old so for me I’m flattered. I never care to be carded. So we pulled out the IDs and he looked at my daughter and said “what time were you born!?” I thought he was kidding so I said 3:29pm. He said “well come back at 3:29pm!” Again I thought he was joking and I asked if he was serious! “ IM DEAD SERIOUS!” And he started to walk away. The cashier lady was even shocked. We walked away shocked since we literally got served a drink prior to going there. As we were walking away the old man kept saying rude comments and I told him he was very rude and all he had to say was that he didn’t want to serve us but he kept talking ugly to so we left! I thought it was a Tennessee thing that required to know the time of birth but I even asked a police officer and was told it wasn’t. I don’t know what crawled up his butt that day but he was very very rude and all 10 of us left and spent our money elsewhere. Good think Pigeon Forge has a lot of other attractions and nice people to enjoy a vacation. We spent the rest of our time in Gatlinburg.

The laser tag at LazerPort wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t anything special. It was fun enough, just not something I’d go out of my way to do again. What really stood out though was the go-karts comparison. We were told the karts at Xtreme were the fastest, which is why we went ahead and bought the unlimited option there. But honestly, the karts at LazerPort ended up being more fun, and there was very little difference in speed. Overall, not a bad experience, just not quite what we expected based on what we were told. Don’t feel pressured by cashier, make your own decision. Unlimited was $65 with cash.

Staff was very rude. Proceeded to mock us when we asked a simple question POLITELY (mind you) made a snarky remark because we were standing up there waiting for an answer and wanted US to go get THEIR manager?? Overall, they were just very trashy and disrespectful for people who are working customer service 💀 I paid too much money to be mocked and disrespected by a woman who looked to be around 40 something years old and a boy around 20 something. On top of the trashy service we received the place is overpriced and all of the arcade games are limited and around $2-5 each. The only thing good about the place was the one go kart track that they have and even then they kept stopping the go karts in the middle of the ride. The laser tag games only last 8 minutes and the equipment doesn’t work very well at all. The mini golf was somewhat decent. Anyways, if they had better staff that didn’t catch attitude and knew how to do their job instead of making me want to come across that counter, if they had some new equipment and lowered some prices down to what they’re really worth then that might make this place worth spending a little bit of money.
