About

Amusement ParkLaser Tag Center
One of the top things to do in Pigeon Forge, WonderWorks Indoor Amusement park, is one of the best Pigeon Forge Attractions. With over 35,000 square feet of “edu-tainment” WonderWorks is an amusement park for the mind. The attraction combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark the imagination. This once top-secret laboratory was located in the Bermuda triangle. An experiment gone awry lifted the laboratory carrying it to Music Drive in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee where it landed upside down. Luckily all of the exhibits remained intact and available for guests to explore.

This place was insane! It started off with walking into a upside down white house with creaking noise. When you walk in, the cealing is upside down! There were many different areas at the place and at the end there was a arcade, laser tag and a gift shop. It started with an area where you can stick you arm through a metal chain and get shocked by a Tesla coil. You could explore the 7 wonders of the world! A earthquake cafe that if you sat in it you would get shaken like you were in a earthquake. And there was a area where you could stick your hand in the water that the survivors of the Titanic had to swim through. It was really cold! And then there was abother room where there was basketball, football, rock wall climbing and yellow machines that you would pedal to spin! The next area was space themed area where you could explore mars and the moon. The was a obstacle course hooked up to the ceiling. There was the arcade game "speed of light" and a area where you can take pictures! Theres even more rooms!

Awful. We were there for 4 hours, only because the ropes course was understaffed, and the equipment kept breaking, adding 2+ hours to the wait. Everything else was basic and took only 25 mins to complete. Wonderwork’s target audience is somebody who hasn’t taken 3rd grade science class, as the most advanced “learning” experience was the distribution of pressure in the bed of nails. Would not recommend for anyone trying to have an enjoyable time in the mountains.

To keep from over-sharing, I try to write a review only when my experience is exceptionally good or bad. Today's review is prompted by my perception of an exceptionally good experience! Cade, who at the time of my visit was working the rope climb. As I waited patiently for my turn, I observed him single-handeldly doing a herculean task of probably a 3-person job! Cade kept the line moving while giving sign in directions, checking weights, loading people into the harness, in addition to maintaining awareness of poor repellings-if that's a word ( I watched him gently ease two people down who somehow got spun around awkwardly coming down). When it was finally my turn he gave me the same friendly time and attention to get me on the rope course. What a pleasant experience. He was hustling at his job and it was notable because it is great to see people taking their job seriously and doing the best they can under any circumstances. Great job Cade. I hope people learn from your example. -also it was pretty busy for a Tuesday, but it was Thanksgiving break so....

HORRIBLE. Do not take your family here. Not only do they have unadvertised weight limits (250 pounds), they make you get on a scale in front of everyone with an LED display of your weight. If you’re even 251 pounds they will deny you from getting on. We were unable to do ANYTHING here. Except laser tag! Well, a bunch of kids were running around in laser tag and to get points or tag me, a kid tripped me and I face planted into a supporting beam. I have bruises all over- my wrist looks terrible, my ankle is twisted/sprained, and a killer headache to say the least. This all happened on our honeymoon. Spent 15 minutes crying in the parking lot. I called to tell them and the manager said they would make it right. Haven’t heard anything in three days. Do NLT go here. Additionally, all staff looked like they hate their jobs.
