His attitude and enthusiasm is infectious and made for a great experience. We will definitely return and hope anyone who visits Laser Point gets the opportunity to meet Harmon while there.

We did have a issue with the person running the Lazer tag he was nice to me but not so much to my boyfriend. He was trying to comr watch the kids play lazer tag while it was still being explained and the guy pushed him away! Also the lady at the front desk said one of my kids that was tsll enough couldn't ride the go karts which really upset him upon further investigation the other people at the go karts said he reached the line so he was fine. So idk overall the kods had fun but my boyfriend was mistreated and they dont seem to all be on the same page .

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Harmon is truly an excellent person — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and that meant so much to us. He was definitely one of the best people we met during our trip to Tennessee. We are so grateful for his kindness and professionalism, and we truly hope to see him again when we come back. Thank you, Harmon, for making our visit unforgettable! ⭐️
