We got three tickets and Two large drinks and a popcorn, and the cashier was ringing us up, She was in the background, complaining, yelling at her staff, not helping the long line at all, Just pointed at things they are doing wrong. So unprofessional, She argued in-front of us with her staff!!! I have loved this theater for years and i haven't seen her before but I wont be going back after this. Managers treat your employees better!

DO NOT use the website to purchase tickets in advance, as it glitches out and changes things, like the date you're trying to purchase tickets for. The employees and sorry excuse for a manager on duty lack any understanding of customer service, as they're all children who clearly haven't been trained on much of anything. We were able to get our tickets refunded by the corporate office, however the completely inept and immature manager on duty was rude and of absolutely no help at all. I would not recommend this place unless you want to be talked down to by a bunch of rude teenagers. The manager on duty would not give us her name but we did report her rudeness and complete lack of customer service to the corporate office and hopefully they decide to hire more mature people for their management team in the future.
