Luckily the nice staff members refilled us once the manager left the area! But seriously I didn't mind paying the size difference...it just turned out that we ordered the wrong unrefillable. It was confusing.

We walked in and there were no employees anywhere, but we wanted a snack so we waited there at the front counter for several minutes and no one came up front so we decided to go scan our tickets and go to our theater room. No one back there to scan tickets or tell us where to go. We saw three sketchy looking people walk in and start wondering around from theater to theater. This scared us as there were no employees to check tickets or anything. Then we found our theater ourselves, and it was dirty. All of this added up and we decided to leave because we were having such a bad experience. The next day, I tried to call and ask for a refund, and no one would pick up the phone. We’re very disappointed with our experience here and would like a refund, but no one will answer the phone.

Ever single time iv gone to this movie theater iv order my food online so I dont have to wait in the long concession lines, and for the last few times iv came iv waited 15 past my pick up time for my food. Than after I have to ask the staff to make my order and somthing is always wrong. Well this time after I waited 20 minutes for my food they forgot 2 of my drinks, the movie has already started so my boyfriend leaves with the recept to get the 2 other fnaf 2 drinks AND they refused to give him it because it "didnt show on the system", the cups i bought were "sold out", and that id have to come down to show them my recipe on my phone. At this point, im getting annoyed. My boyfriend has already missed the whole start of the movie so we just said forget it and tried enjoying the rest of our movie. Never have I seen such poor customer service, this is honestly just so disappointing.
