Janiyah was hands down the best party host we’ve ever had! Her energy is absolutely dynamic and she kept the vibes high the entire time. She was so sweet with the kids and incredibly helpful with all the logistics. If you’re booking a party at Slick City Nashville, definitely ask for Janiyah!I’m

I took my 7 year old here for the kids night out event. They assign a staff member to be your child’s buddy for the duration of the evening. The sweetest girl named Barbie was my son’s buddy and he just loved her so much! He said she was so nice and loved to play and that she even bought him an icee. Great job Barbie! We will be asking for you at the next kids night out :)

We tried to use our military discount to purchase tickets, but were told that discount is only available at the front desk. However, we were also told we couldn’t buy tickets in advance at the desk and had to purchase them online—where the military discount isn’t an option. That left us unable to use the discount at all, which was really frustrating and felt unfair.
That said, our kids had such a fun time, and the wait times for rides were extremely short, which made the overall experience really enjoyable for our family.
If advance purchases are required online, there should be a way to apply military discounts there as well. Otherwise, customers are stuck without access to a benefit they should be able to use.

We came for the homeschool social and were pretty disappointed. The time was open to the public and not just for homeschoolers, which kind of defeats the entire purpose of having a special homeschool time. The crowd was insane and the store was very understaffed. We bought our tickets online and filled out our waivers ahead of time and waited in line 51 minutes. My kids had fun for a while but got bored in about an hour. The noise and lines were just too much. The employees were working hard, there just weren’t nearly enough of them to handle the crowd. I will say that the facility was pretty clean, which is great. Overall, our visit was a lot of work and expense for an ok time. We probably won’t be back.

Our first experience with a Slick City was in St. Louis, MO. It was very open and the slides were spread out. We loved it! This location, however, is very narrow and all slides are kind of clumped together, which makes it very congested. It was also very loud, and difficult to even decipher the announcements being made over the loud speaker. We booked a party for our 10-year-old sight unseen, and that's our mistake. Our party included 2 hours of play for 10 guests, socks, pizza, pitchers of beverages, tableware, and a table upstairs for about $400. The person who checked us in for our party was very welcoming and charismatic. Our party host was very nice, but seemed rushed and overwhelmed, and oddly had her purse on her shoulder at all times which gave the impression that we were an inconvenience. The pizza was very good according to guests. We probably would not have a party here again.
