Very chaotic. The toddler area needs to be 3-5 years old. They won’t let you climb with your child which I understand but you basically gotta watch your young child get trampled by the older kids if they’re beginner climbers and staff won’t assist in getting them down either. The floors are just puzzled foam mats and they’re kicked up around the net so it’s an extreme tripping hazard. The party area is a zoo, so many tables put together you can barely manage to move around. The line to get in was extremely long, and the bathrooms were closed off so you have to leave into the mall to get to a bathroom. No one monitoring who’s coming in or out. They’ve got a lot of issues to iron out.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only was the service unprofessional, but the way staff handled my concerns was rude and dismissive.
After experiencing issues, I asked for a refund multiple times. Each time, my request was refused without a proper explanation. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff — instead of being helpful or respectful, they were rude, unprofessional, and made it clear they had no interest in resolving the issue.
I remained calm and tried to communicate my concerns clearly, but I was repeatedly shut down and spoken to in a disrespectful tone. No alternatives or solutions were offered, and there was no effort to address the problem at all. The lack of basic customer service was shocking.
I believe my request for a refund was completely reasonable given the circumstances. Being denied is one thing, but being treated poorly while asking is unacceptable. This experience left me frustrated and uncomfortable, and it is not how any customer should be treated.
I would not recommend this business based on the way they handle customer complaints and refund requests.
Visited Slick City at Opry Mills today and left feeling pretty underwhelmed. We bought tickets for the 1:00 PM slot but didn’t get through the line until 1:30 PM. They did extend our play time by 30 minutes, which was appreciated, but it defeats the purpose of timed tickets if everyone is let in at once. The place felt overcrowded, loud, and chaotic.
The online check-in process was very slow, which was frustrating since we had already purchased tickets. Cleanliness was also an issue — kids’ shoes and socks were scattered everywhere, including walkways and tables where people eat. It felt cluttered and unhygienic.
Food and drinks are wildly overpriced. $17 for four bottles of water is hard to justify.
The only real positive was the staff we interacted with — they were friendly and polite.
Overall, a “meh” experience. Between the crowds, slow check-in, cleanliness concerns, and high prices, I probably won’t return.

You could not pay me money to go to this place again. The one in Opry Mills is horribly, poorly managed (if managed at all), and horrendously understaffed. You do not save any time buying a ticket online because you still have to stand in a line to check in, get your wristband and buy socks. Trash cans were overflowing, the air smelled of weed, (which prob means employees were smoking and if there was a manager there, should have smelled it). The bathroom inside the venue was closed off so you had to go out to the mall to use the bathroom which means they had no way of keeping up with who was walking in and out of the entrance. Nobody asked about the waiver that needed to be signed, the employees seemed pretty clueless about every aspect of the business. You could tell there is no protocol in place for anything. Seems to me like it could potentially be a very dangerous place for little kids to be roaming around if their parents weren’t paying a lot of attention to them. With as many places to go in Nashville, this will never be my choice again.
The age limit for the toddler area should be 3-6, anybody younger is pretty much too young. Dont buy a ticket for yourself if you’re a parent that is going to observe, you don’t need a ticket. In the toddler area you cannot climb with your child, they are on their own so they have to be ok with climbing alone.
It’s very, very loud, which is fine, but some kids might not like that.
It was a zoo, that’s the best way to sum it up. A waste of money, zoo.

I bought tickets online for the 1pm slot on 2/2/26. We get there at 1p and there’s 2 big lines coming out of the place with no signage or directions from employees on which lines which (ticketed vs non-ticketed), so we asked random customers in line and no one knew. They were not prepared or didn’t have enough employees to check people in for the amount of 1pm check ins. We waited for 1 hour in line just to get in. Didn’t get checked in until 2pm. Then, concession prices are crazy. “No outside food allowed,” so I bought 2 soft drinks and 2 small mini chip bags for $17. We find an available table upstairs due to none available
downstairs, but I had to physically carry my baby’s stroller and supplies up the 2 flights of stairs due to no elevators or ramps. No employee offered to help or had any other option for me. A group sits upstairs across the way from us, and brought in a FULL Burger King labeled bag of burgers and fries, including 4-5 labeled soft drinks. I watched 3 employees come upstairs and see this and they said nothing. Good to know I could’ve saved my money and brought in my own food despite the rules. Lastly, kids had a fun time actually sliding, but the bathrooms were out of order the whole duration of our 90 min+ visit. Will not be returning due to this experience. I get they may still have some new business kinks to work out, but being prepared and customer-focused should be a priority.
