So I was there for an event on 11/22/25 and I paid for a balcony seat. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the balcony was closed and that they put me somewhere else. No apology, no would you like a refund, or anything. Just here is where we're going to put you. They didn't even give a reason, because there isn't any. They just did what was more convenient for them. If your servers don't feel like walking up and down the stairs to the balcony to serve then don't sale tickets to the balcony. That's just common sense. They didn't sale out and the back floor part was the main area that had not sold as much so they moved the balcony people to that area. I get it, but that's not what I paid to have. They say it an upgrade, but some people really do want to sit in the balcony area, because that's what they prefer. They should have sent out an email to those that paid for balcony seating or call and allow people to make the decision as to if they are satisfied with that or not and if not refund. I didn't do anything wrong, city winery flipped the script with no prior notice. I dealt with the manager lady, white with blonde hair and glasses. She was unsympathetic with me, not rude just not very understanding. She felt like I should just take it. I asked her if I could sit at one of the high two top tables along the wall which are not even on the map of seats available to be sold on your website. She gave me some excuse why I couldn't, but maybe later it might be possible. All of those high two top tables with the exception of one remained wide open for the entire duration of the show. Which means she just said no for no reason. It would've been the least she could do. No apology and no real reason why she did all this. Not very professional.
Thanks.

This was a nice place to see a show. Now they have added a minimum $25 bar or food tab that was disclosed after we bought the ticket. Parking is a mess because of construction, and tickets are hard to pull up to yo poor service in the area.

The concert was A Celtic Christmas. The band was good but didn’t play as much Christmas music as I would have liked, and it was expensive. The food was expensive and bad. Two small skewers of fatty steak for $20 and all you get is two small skewers. No sides are included. A chicken flatbread with five tiny pieces of chicken for $21. When they say it’s spicy it’s SPICY. I saw several bowls of uneaten Rigatoni ala Vodka, because of the spice level. The venue is great for bands but not for patrons. 4 people squeezed into a table really meant for 2. You can’t order anything until you hand over your credit card first. The servers don’t come around often enough. There is very very limited parking you have to pay for or you valet for $20. Our evening including tips for the server and valet was $255! We won’t be going there again!

Listen, the place is fantastic. BUT you HAVE TO TRAIN your people better! Multiple times I’ve come here, your people act like they don’t care working there, don’t have answers to basic questions, and seem like they’re scrambling for answers. Workers have even pronounced the wines incorrectly and laughed about it! One even told me to cancel my VinoFile membership if I wasn’t happy. What!? That’s not great representation. During concerts, we’ve received slow service, sometimes our items haven’t even come. Again, I love the place and the concept, but have sadly been disappointed on some level each time I come in. Please, train your staff better and get them to even pretend they care!

A really nice venue that offers a subpar experience. The show itself (Pianomen) was absolutely great. I didnt even notice how much time had passed and it was longer than I thought it was going to be. However, the service was absolutely atrocious. The food I thought was fine but I was really hoping for the menu, not the buffet. It wasnt spectacular for 25$ by any means, but servicable. The staff, however, was not. At just about every step I was made to feel like I was an unwelcome burden and for that reason alone, I will never be returning.
