- EEEmilyFeb 11, 20261.0DON’T BOTHER!!!!! My boyfriend and I booked several days in advance and we were so excited for this tour our whole trip. A few hours before we were due to meet, we got a text saying it was cancelled because “not enough people booked.” While I understand it is a small business decision, I believe an honest business should 100% honor the tours sold, barring extenuating circumstances. Ironically, their own cancellation policy requires you to cancel at least 8 hrs before the tour. If we were given the same notice we could have booked other plans for tonight. Really, really bummed to leave this review.
